My children have gone here for over a year. The staff is very caring and great. My children have PTSD and the staff really goes out of their way to make them feel comfortable and safe in the environment. My kids have really bonded with the center Director. I cannot imagine them going anyplace else. They are like our extended family.

My daughter started at KinderCare when she was an infant and went there until she started school in the fall 2023. She loved making new friends and bonding with all the teachers that have to taught her through her time at KinderCare. She loved all the different activities that she got to do at KinderCare with her teacher and friends that involved the curriculum that was being taught. She will be returning in the summer to make new friends and see her old friends.

We have been going to KinderCare for almost two years and they are great! KinderCare’s open and close times are accommodating to my hectic schedule. They do such a wonderful job with my son. He has learned so much going there. He has strong bonds with the staff and the other children. I always feel he is safe and well taken care of whenever he is there.

My husband and I feel this is a run down place with not much space for playground and outdoor activity. Of what's there on 14th Street yes there's a playground and there's a fence out back but you're still right by the road with no privacy. majority of the building is the classrooms. The entrance is crammed and there just isn't much to this center. Not worth the price at all let alone you have to make an online account. My husband and I paid the non refundable deposit but even though our son wasn't supposed to start until after memorial Day we keep getting emailed with all these extra hidden fees that were not communicated to us. We will stick to supporting in home childcare places instead. Seems like cleanliness and too much staff change over in chain and corporate places is causing these places to look distrusting. We want our child to be in a clean respectful aware attentive and safe place. When we went for a tour school was still going on and the director said all the head teachers are certified and licensed to teach. Maybe that's true and maybe not but it's so difficult to take a child care center seriously and entrust a child to their care if staff is showing up in baggy pajamas and slippers and have ripped holes and stains on a sweatshirt that a painter would wear. There was a strong odor as we walked through which was not appealing. After hearing of others who have been pulling their kids out and why we decided this is not the kind of "professionalism" or ethics we want to subject ourselves or our son to ever. Parents and children deserve better and therefore I don't recommend this place. Staff at Claire lane NE were rude and snippy on the phone when we called to inquire about that location instead and it's not much better. It's right off the highway and there's not much to the playground nor is there a place to sled or play in the snow much during winter months. Children deserve a good school/childcare setting and not a place that leaves any parent feeling overwhelmed with guilt and fear as if they just dropped their kid off at a run down orphanage. Things need to be updated and changed. All staff should be dressing for the job they wish to have not the job they currently have and don't care to dress appropriately for it. An unwillingness to better yourselves as a business and to keep thriving to be better all the time for your customers is a big turn off. Would like our deposit back but if not please use it to help a family in need of food clothing and shelter help. Thank you for hearing our honest thoughts and feelings.

My daughter was there temporarily. She loved the staff and adapt quickly. I am so grateful to the staff they helped my child adapt and make her feel comfortable right away. smaller setting classrooms at the time but i loved how they took the time to get to know my child. I recommend them because they care for every child qnd take the time to get to know them and they go great lengths for children in need and i love how the staff gets down on the childs level and play with them like they are in their own home.
