A Child's Garden

We had a wonderful experience here, the Director and staff were easy to work with, the teachers developed and delivered creative and fun curriculum for our 3 year old. Would absolutely recommend as a top notch daycare in the Severna Park/Arnold region.

I can't say enough nice things about this preschool. Our daughter attended nearly 3 years ago during the pandemic. She has special needs and public schools were not doing in person school. A Child's Garden took her right in alongside her peers and gave her an excellent foundation for her learning and development, plus a place to be social which is so important for special needs kiddos. When I suggested that she might be ready for potty training, which is a challenge for developmentally delayed kids, they happily and willingly took it on and it was a huge success. Basically they believed in my child and lovingly guided her along during a time when the world was so crazy. I will forever be so grateful to the teachers and the director here. They are wonderful people and care deeply for the development of the children in their care. She is now flourishing in elementary school. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Each of my daughters has attended this school for three years, starting at 18 months (the 'young 2s') through to the 3-year-old class. I've been so pleased with the quality of care and early education that my girls have received. I've enjoyed interacting with all the teachers, assistants and staff. The team works hard to accommodate various schedules, which really helps with my part-time work schedule. I recommend this school highly.

My daughter spent all three years at A Child's Garden and we are happily enrolling our second there as well. The teachers are wonderful and have always been very welcoming. The kids get a good bit of outdoor time compared to come of the other schools in the area which was important to us. They are willing to work with you on a flexible schedule which has been wonderful.

My son has been here off and on for 3 years (due to family issues not the facility). My husband and I are amazed at how dedicated the teachers are. The staff has made us feel like a family. I didnt think I would find a place that actually made us feel like they cared about our child but we were just taken back at the support and concern of everyone for our child's progress. He started out non-verbal and this year he has blossomed into a social and happy little guy. Never once were we made to feel as if our son's delays were our fault. They also have a great relationship with the AA countys speech teachers. I wish they continued on to 5th grade at this location!
