ABC Discovery Learning Center

When I first began looking into daycares for my son. I was super impressed with ABC Discovery. As soon as I stepped in the door, really. As a first time mom, you get anxiety of the thought of leaving your child somewhere and new to them. But after speaking with Mrs. Benavides, my husband and I decided to enroll our son and let me just say, that he has come along way as far as his development and I could not be any happier. The teachers our great….especially Teacher Angie! I swear I’ve never seen anyone love kids the way she does and the kids love her as well. No doubt about it. I look forward to enrolling our daughter in the near future! 🫶🏽

Staff needs anger management control. Owner is beyond disrespectful. Called me screaming in the phone with my child in the backseat I had to eventually hang up and report the situation. Let it be known the mistreatment towards the children. Step inside the doors and listen to the screaming to the children. They might smile in your face but behind closed doors it’s a different story. The teacher in charge has made the following comments to the kids. “ go to sleep or I will take your mat away” “ * screaming * go to sleep as the baby is crying and the baby cries even more. “ When parents drop this one crying girl off after the doors close she tells the little girl “ “ YA stop crying! “ She has yelled at my child in front of me and I could see the fear she’s had to return to this place. I would leave my stomach in knots awaiting for the transfer of schools. My child is my main priority. And the teacher in charge of my daughter was one thing at first but I quickly realized the un genuine stuff from the owner to the teacher. ( not including teacher Ana or Lia) The owner of the school was yelling at me on the phone about not updating her about my ccs updated co payment ( when I had just updated this information 45 minutes prior. ) I was on the phone making these changes on the phone with a case worker as I was waiting for my baby in the lobby and even the case worker could hear the yelling coming from the teacher. When I picked up my baby it’s obvious she had been crying because her eyes were swollen red and her hair was wet probably from the force sleeping going on.
