Over the past year, we've watched our son thrive. His confidence, social skills, and learning have all grown tremendously thanks to the nurturing environment here. I wish there were an option to give the Academy for Visual Arts more than five stars because they truly deserve it! As a parent, I was feeling downhearted after being let down by various daycare centers that provided sub-par care for my little one. It broke my heart to see my baby boy crying when I left him in their care. But then we came across AVA, and it was immediately evident that this was not just another daycare. It was a place filled with warmth and love, and my child felt it from the moment we walked through the doors. From day one, our toddler felt right at home. By day three, he was eager to get to his teachers and would jump out of my arms with excitement. And now, over a year later, every single day is a joyous experience for him. I want to emphasize that the Academy for Visual Arts is not your typical daycare center. The staff goes above and beyond with everything they do, and it's clear that they are passionate about their work. They provide a loving environment where my child can thrive and grow. I cannot thank Ms. Jess enough for answering her calling and creating such a wonderful place for children to learn and play. It warms my heart to know that my child is benefiting from her dedication and the love that the staff at AVA pour into their work. I cannot praise Academy of Visual Arts in Eason, PA enough! My three-year-old son has been attending this amazing visual arts preschool for over two years now, and the transformation I've witnessed in him is nothing short of extraordinary. Thanks to the nurturing environment and dedicated educators, my son not only speaks eloquently but also displays an insatiable curiosity for learning. His communication skills are exceptional, and he has developed a deep passion for painting, learning, and sing-along songs. The curriculum here goes above and beyond, focusing not just on academic growth, but also on building tangible life skills that will undoubtedly serve him well in the future. This school has instilled in him a love for helping around the house, which as a single mom, has made my life immensely easier. My girls and I absolutely love Mrs. Jess and all the staff at Academy for Visual Arts. The little one is learning so much that she absolutely amazes me and has expressed how much she loves Mrs. Jess and all her teachers. When my girls are at AVA I am absolutely relaxed knowing they are being taught and lovingly cared for. It has been a absolute blessing having my girls at AVA from the little one in full time daycare and the bigger ones in before and after care.

This is where your child will grow. 5 stars are not enough to begin to express my unwavering satisfaction with this school. As a teacher, my highest priority was seeking the best educational center for my daughter to attend. My search abruptly stopped upon meeting the owner, Ms. Jessica. Unlike many childcare centers around, this center truly focuses on education. The fact that the curriculum is full of robust, well prepared and detailed lessons that encapsulate so many of the arts, truly amazes me. My daughter is excelling academically- reading sight words isolated and in books, writing legibly, counting like a kindergarten student- and I am confident this is due to her being appropriately challenged everyday in a loving and fun classroom where learning is always happening! MOST IMPORTANTLY my daughter comes home smiling everyday with stories of how great her day was. She is greeted with warmth and love and sent home the same way...EVERYDAY. As a mother this is crucial. My daughter's happiness is paramount to me. She is happy here, so I am beyond happy sending her here. This is a place where all moms (and dads!) will feel good about leaving their babies, toddlers or preschoolers. The staff, the owner, the culture and climate are all exactly what a parent would want in a great childcare center.
