My husband and I were traveling to Bellevue for work and used our backup care option for our infant, which led us here. Our little guy does wonderful with his in-home daycare, but we weren't sure how he'd do at a childcare center, as that was a new thing for him. The staff at Adventure Kids made sure his every need was met! He really enjoyed playing with the new (to him) toys, the new environment and other infants. He was super happy when we picked him up and had no issues with his sleeping at night or anything. Loved the report card of all his feeding, sleeping and diaper changes too. It was just like any other day for him. We thank the staff for making this shift for a week seamless and hope to be back to the area with our little guy again soon!

My child seems to generally enjoy their time here, and I appreciate the flexibility it offers for drop-in care. However, I do think there could be some improvements. At times, the staff seems a bit uncaring , and I've noticed that activities and toys aren't organized. Overall, it's an okay option for occasional care.

We just came here for the first time and loved it! I needed childcare last minute for 2 hours on Saturday and since I had been thinking of trying Adventure Child’s Playcare, I thought why not try it today. We arrived at noon. First, I loved that a bell has to be rung in order to enter (that gave me comfort knowing random people cannot enter). Second, the person at the front was very nice and helpful. She even asked if my son would like lunch (this gave my son an opportunity to do what the other kids were doing which made him feel included). She also confirmed the time frame and explained my son would eat lunch, then watch a movie and then play. I appreciated that because it gave me an idea of what my son would be doing and liked that he had several structured activities lined up. My husband was the one to pick up my son after 2 hours. He said that our son and his new friend asked for our son to stay a little longer. My son did not want to leave! My husband gave our son another hour there. When I got home from work my son immediately asked if he could go back tomorrow. I asked him how he liked it and he said “I love Adventure Kids! He said “I like the movie theater”, “my 5 friends are nice” and “the 3 teachers are nice too”. We will definitely be going back more frequent and only regret not using them sooner! Also, my husband who has high standards when it comes to our son’s safety and well being was very IMPRESSED with Adventure Kid’s Playcare. I even heard him telling his dad friends about it on the phone!

Was going to use this place as a backup care while our regular daycare was closed due to power outage. Couldn't leave my child here. The staff doesn't care about the kids doesn't supervise them at all. There were 2 gals there, one working in the office the other is probably supposed to be with the kids but all they did was chitchat about nails and stuff. Kids crying on the background and they wouldn't even intervene, unless the kid comes up to them specifically. I've observed that much in the 15 minutes I spent there trying to fill in paperwork, then changed my mind. Would never leave my child there and sorry for people who don't have any other options but this place.

My son loves this place. It's an awesome option for when I have last minute errands that I need to take care of or I just need a break and he wants a place to run around and play in. The only downside is I feel like it's a little expensive but probably not for your average cost of a babysitter. And it's $17.50 an hour. But with the meal and a few hours racked up it can end up costing $80 easily. But sometimes sanity is well worth that. So I take him there frequently lol.
