I have a 13 month old & he has been here at least twice. Both times, my son had no problems from the caretakers there. From the beginning, I felt very welcome along with my son. The first person we met there on his first day was Ms. Ruth. Honestly I think you want someone like her working with kids and was appropriate with greeting parents.
I feel very lucky to have found them because they have been easy to communicate with their online scheduling portal, pick up their phones, accommodating if need to show up later (you just have to let them know by calling directly), and provide a simple written report on feeding, bathroom, how everything overall went while the kid is there.
I was nervous because I tried out another child care center in West U (Kids Garden) which was highly rated online, but they could only do 1 hour with my child and said he was too young... I thought that was strange since my child has been with a regular nanny and has had 3-4 different doulas since birth...
They allowed him to bring a few of his own toys, allow his own food/snacks, milk and water bottles. I think having those small comforts would make not only children comfortable but also adults too (think of how sometimes when you travel, I'm sure you may know someone who brings their own pillow case, etc).
Also to note: I thought that the price is reasonable and fair.
To sum up: this place is great! I think the only downside is the parking - it does tend to get pretty busy around lunch time so heads up about that! Other than that - such a great place!

I wanted to give it some time before I posted a review because I was in shock and wanted to make sure. It's been 5 months. This center accused my 4-year-old of using a racial slur. When I got there they told me she didn't have a very good day and listed a couple things that they didn't like that she did. I finished paying and the woman behind the desk flippantly told me a kid that they "know wouldn't make it up" told them my daughter used a racial slur. I immediately panicked and told them there is no way this could have happened as she's never been anywhere that this would be used or taught. I was sick waiting for my daughter to come out so I could ask her about it. When she came out I asked her if she used a bad word today and she very sadly admitted that she said "poopoo." I told the woman behind the desk that if she said that word today, somebody today had taught it to her. She replied "no ma'am." The fact that they could accuse a 4-year-old of saying the worst racial slur possible without immediately having approached my daughter to make sure what this kid said was 100% truth is disturbing and dangerous. On the way home that day I asked her if she learned any new words that day and she tried so hard to think of anything she could tell me. I tried to lead her a little bit and she could not come up with any words. It's been 5 months and she has never said any words even close to this word and we have an extremely diverse group of friends and family. This felt so dangerous and so serious that this conversation and situation was so flippant to the staff. I'd never subject my child to this ever again and I felt awful that I was so confident about her care here (so much so that I brought the staff a cookie platter that morning to show my gratitude.)

My 3 and 4 year old had the best time! They are already looking forward to going back! They told me about their day and fell asleep in the car which is not like them! Lol They came home with art work and enjoyed lunch also!

This is the worst location. The site will let you book and then you go there and no one is there. Also their hours end earlier than all other locations. But imagine making a reservation and then now you suddenly have no plans for your kid. It’s rude.
UPDATE: Since they replied and used the excuse of I never had a reservation…here’s a screenshot of said reservation. Enjoy! I have time today.

I found them on Groupon. Definitely saw the great reviews. My two boys loved it here. The front desk were so accommodating to my questions and my 6 & 8 year old enjoyed their time here. I will definitely be using Adventure Kids again. Great when you don’t have a reliable “village”.
