My son has been coming here for 2 years and we love it. The staff is very polite and loving and you can tell the children love being there. No complaints ! The playground is fenced in and big and they have many different rooms for different age groups.

I strongly advise everybody to avoid this place. We just had the worst 3 week experience with them and I feel it needs to be shared. I'm going to describe my experience with Bullet points (My child is 4yr) *My Child was sunburned on multiple occasions from sun overexposure *Not filling out his daily sheet or partially filling it out. Not including what he ate (he came home starving daily) *Not filling out an incident report or even telling us when our son was injured by another child hitting him with a stick, gashing his forehead. An incident report wasn't filled out until AFTER I contacted them when the weekend was over for details. *Constant misspelling of his name despite my many (4+) reminders to fix the spelling. I explained to them it was important to me he learned to spell his name correctly and was something we were working on at home. *Witnessed two accounts of them allowing my son to be bullied. Instead of stopping the children's actions and using the situation to teach them, they were talking to each other and doing nothing. The best part was after I expressed my last issue with them, they sent a mass email to every single parent/client of theirs (over 108 people) telling them that we are "super sensitive" parents and that the staff needs to pay special attention to my son and fill out an incident report on ANY negative behavior to have documented so that if they have to tell us to seek an alternative daycare provider, they could prove that they did everything they could to make it work. (This was in the email) they also implied that my son was initiating bullying! (Never was anything like that brought to my attention, so I believe this was fabricated) The email was meant to go to the staff, but instead went to every parents email inbox... Full names and emails were shared pretty publicly with very personal and opinionated information regarding my son and us. They were targeting my son to save their reputation. They never once spoke to me about my child bullying others, but as soon as they felt threatened by my many concerns, this is what they did. Please be careful who you have take care of your children. Aldersgate is not the place. Since I "replied all" to the email, I've gotten responses from other parents, most who shared also having negative experiences with them. Spread the word. This is NOT OK!

Caring staff, sneaky chef family style meals, kindergarten readiness and a nature-based curriculum... we found a golden nugget in this wonderful school! Worth every penny.

Both of my children have grown up in this wonderful home for child development. The staff is willing to go the extra mile in order to meet the needs of the kids.
