Alphabet Academy Eastside Child Care Center

My son has been thriving since starting at Alphabet academy east side. He comes come saying new words, saying his colors, and even knowing letters in the alphabet. The staff are welcoming, and caring. I highly recommend this facility.

Both my kids went to pre-school here and to this day we/they are proud Alphabet Alumni. We are very lucky that there is an elementary school bus stop right at AA so that our youngest gets to pop her head in and say hello and there are always hugs and smiles to our little alumni girl. We are very passionate about recommending this place as it created such good growth for our kids.

Alphabet Academy is hands down the best! They’re about the kids first and don’t just watch them to keep them alive like most places. They actually teach their kids in their care! When I first arrived with my son, they helped potty train him and as the years have gone, he is excelling in life for a 4 year old! They are THE BEST and would always recommend 100% of the time!

Both of my kiddos have attended this school. The staff are friendly and informative. The owner is quick to respond with any questions or concern and flexible with scheduling needs. My kids love coming here and feel safe and supported!

Upon scheduling a tour, which took months due to a “multi year” waitlist comment made over the phone (by who I would assume to be the owner/director), we were initially skeptical. Finally, after exhausting all other options, we toured the facilities (after waiting at the front entry for almost an hour,) our experience was again a let down. Not only could they not accommodate children of our’s ages, we also found the play environment to be very small and dirty with many broken and non-functioning toys, rude staff members with no accreditation in childcare & education, most of whom appeared to be teenagers or hourly part time employees. Needless to say, we found an excellent place in town called the Cottage, and have sense never looked back. Please do your research before venturing out to waste your time getting “hard sold” by scheduling a tour, as this experience was not only unprofessional, but it was very disheartening to see how many family’s put up with it due to Bend’s shortage of qualified care facilities.
