They’re honestly a great child care center with instructors who are hands on and very attentive to the children. I felt safe and peace of mind leaving my child here. At different times of the day you can walk in and see the children doing hands on activities and having fun. My only issue was the unprofessional, classless director Tonya Fisher. Something as simple as accidentally getting locked out of your account will make her insult you and become disrespectful and condescending. She takes anything that needs to be discussed as an opportunity to talk to you like a child and become confrontational. She even speaks to the sweet ladies who keeps the place running disrespectfully. This center would be 5 stars with a new respectful director. If you choose to enroll your child, just know you’re liable to find yourself conflicted on whether you’ll work and deal with being disrespected or potentially lose your job while looking for a new day care.

I had two children who were enrolled in care at Alphabet Academy and another center called Bare Essentials owned by the same family. I absolutely loved the care my children received. Being cared for and learning from women who resembled me help my daughters grow to love themselves as women of color. In addition to the care and positive atmosphere, both children where Kindergarten ready. Both are still strong academically and I credit this center for their role in that. My oldest wants to work here one day and plans to be a labor and delivery nurse because of her experience here. I would recommend this center to anyone!

I absolutely love Alphabet Academy❤️..My daughter has been there since she was 2 she is now 9. I love the cleanliness, the learning environment and of course the teachers they are they best at what they do!! As a mother you always want to feel like your child is being well taken care of while your away and here I never had to second guess that! The bond my daughter has with the ladies there are irreplaceable and I honestly feel I couldn’t have found a better place for her and now my youngest who is 10 months attends there as well and she’s been there since she was 3 months ...I highly recommend Alphabet Academy 😃

My daughter has attended alphabet academy for about 2 years now and i couldn't be happier with her care. She loves her care takers and her care takers love her. She's always happy to go there every morning and she seems to have had a good day when i pick her up every afternoon. Believe me as a parent of other older children who've attended daycare at other places, your childs happiness about going is always the best sign that they're in good hands. I couldn't take her any where else now. She Loves alphabet academy and I do too. ❤

My son attended Alphabet Academy for 3-4 years. He would have kept going before and after for school aged children but there was a conflict of location for his new school so we stopped. His still asks to this day which is two years later if he can stop by to say hello. We were provided with wonderful service the whole time. Even when issues came up, as long as you are a reasonable person, those issues can be resolved. I could go on and on but when it's all said and done I was very glad I found this location and I continue to refer people to them when I can. God bless!!
