This location is always so clean and is well staffed. My baby loves it here and has learned so much. The teachers truly care, they are communicative and attentive. I can fully trust that he's well taken care of every day, what more can you ask for as a new parent? They're truly great at what they do.

Management consistently fails to support staff during challenging situations. When employees reach out for help, their calls often go unanswered, leaving them without the necessary assistance. The secretary frequently prioritizes personal calls over supporting the team. Instead of addressing behavioral issues directly, management opts for superficial solutions like stickers and candy, neglecting the root of the problems. Furthermore, there is an alarming disparity in how behavior is handled; students are allowed to physically harm teachers, while staff members are forbidden from defending themselves under the threat of termination. This creates an unsafe and unjust environment for everyone involved.

Communication became nearly nonexistent, with emails going unanswered. I raised serious concerns multiple times about rough handling of children, including arm pulling, but nothing was done to address it. It got to the point where I had to call directly to the daycare because the teacher had clearly lost patience and was visibly losing control with the children. It was upsetting to witness and even more frustrating to feel like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.

It exceeded my expectations with its attentive staff and stimulating environment. My child enjoyed diverse activities and formed positive connections with peers. Communication with parents was excellent, providing regular updates. Overall, a trustworthy and nurturing environment for children. Ms. Caitlin, Ms. Bree and all class teachers all are amazing ❤️ Highly recommend.

Our daughter has attended amazing explorers and has grown leaps and bounds. Her teacher Ms colon made her feel comfortable and welcome. Because she saw other teachers as well we have been able to see Adaline grow with those teachers and learn from everyone. The teachers and staff are welcoming and supportive from the front desk to everyone walking around. My experience having the app to see how my child is doing throughout the day has eased my anxiety as a first time mom. Communication curriculum and social learning is top notch here!
