The Amcenter Kindercare is awesome! Mrs. Angela helped get my daughter enrolled quickly on short notice. As a single dad that works full time, this means a great deal to me. Also, my daughter absolutely loves it there! She is always so excited for her Kindercare days and always comes home happy. I'm a very grateful dad. :)

My son attended Kindercare and overall we had a good experience. The staff was kind, nurturing, and genuinely cared about the children's wellbeing. He always felt safe and enjoyed going, which gave me peace of mind as a parent. One thing to note is that there was a high staff turnover rate during our time there, which sometimes affected consistency in the classroom. Additionally, due to lower enrollment children were often grouped together across age ranges, which meant the curriculum wasn't always as tailored as it could have been for his developmental stage. That said, the center was clean, communication was good, and the team worked hard to create a positive environment. With a more stable staff and fuller classrooms, this could be an even better place for early learning.

We joined amcenter Kindercare Jan 2025 and overall were happy during our time there. However, they do have pretty frequent turnover. We found it hard to see wonderful teachers leaving so frequently. Unfortunately the turnover was also at the director level which made it hard to mitigate any issues. For example, we were being charged an extra $10/week than our quote. This would temporarily be fixed, then there would be a new acting director would start and the issue reoccured. Despite the turnover, the teachers have all been absolutely wonderful. I loved getting photos of our child, and as a parent who was very sad to send our baby to daycare when I had to return to work they have helped make this transition smooth. I would overall recommend this center because our baby was so well cared for, I just wish there was more consistency at a corporate level.

Not enough words to describe how poor the toddler care was. Red flag- first day I picked up my daughter after my husband had dropped her off they didn’t even have me sign in or ask who I was they just let me take my child without even have met me. Where are the security measures? My daughter was in daycare from 12 weeks old and had been to 2 different daycares without any issue. All of a sudden she developed hysterical crying fits when even approaching this daycare’s parking lot. She would cry all day. We would pick her up and she’s in the same corner crying, often times not fed. Classroom smelled of mildew. They had terrifying Halloween decorations that were not kid appropriate hanging on the toddler classroom door. I’ve only ever witnessed the teachers sitting on a chair looking bored. Never up and interacting with the kids. Whenever I picked up my daughter they wouldn’t even get off their chair. When asked about my daughters things they tell me to go into the classroom and get things myself or “go look for it”. We have heard a teacher yell at a little boy during a diaper change. The new director at the time took our complaints well and we tried with this facility for 3 months but gave up because changes were not made. My daughters behavior at home subsequently changed. She became scared to sleep on her own, scared of other kids and adults. So we moved her to the daycare across the road and she is back to normal. She is thriving, she is well loved and taken care of. She has zero issues there. PLEASE, as a mother and a doctor, I urge you to keep your kids away from this facility.

Great staff, very nice facility, new and clean. It opens early and closes late compare to other centers which is crucial for us as we both work long shifts in the hospital. The gym is a great feature, especially in the winter when it is too cold to be out, or in the summer when it's too hot. The kids still get to run around in a bigger space rather than be in the same room all day. We have had our toddler there since it opened and we are about to have our 4 months baby go as well. Would recommend it to anyone.
