Amherst Baby & Child Care has treated my family and I wonderfully. We feel that our child is treated like family there. The staff at Amherst Baby & Child Care is excellent they are always following up with needs and ideas with their own experiences. They always notice things as simple as a small rash and inform us immediately of things that seem out of the ordinary. Even better they tested social situations to see how our child will adapt to help increase his social interaction and make his day more enjoyable. His social skills and speech have flourished since being here. To our families surprise our son loves going to his daycare and even asks to go on days he is not supposed to. We were very hesitant sending our child to daycare, not just because of cost but because of all the other problems that can arise. No issue has ever come up and the constant follow up gives us piece of mind that it won't. If you are looking for a daycare, take a tour of Amherst childcare and baby. You will be glad you did.

We started taking our son to this daycare since he was an infant for 2 years now. I can’t say enough about the people who work there from the daycare staff to the office folks and cafeteria employees. I’m amazed as how much my son has learned. They are very friendly with the parents and amazing with the kids. They have the kids in a routine and they are very good at keeping all the kids in line and they are very polite. They have the kids in a routine of napping and eating and playing with them outside and are never running around screaming. All the kids seem to follow direction which is hard to do. They definitely have everything under control. I am given a report everyday about his day what James have learned and what he ate and potty times. I appreciate everything they do every day. They are amazing people and can’t say anything negative. Very friendly and James dad and I are extremely happy with this childcare center that he has been there since he was an infant and will continue on until he goes to Kindergarten. My son thrives there. The teachers are kind and caring. They know everyone by names . It’s clean and I never worry about my son. When he was an infant they took all my first time mom calls (I’d call 2 times a day at first). I’ve recommended ABC to many family and friends!

We have been at Amherst Baby and Childcare since our daughter was 2. The entire staff is wonderful as they truly care for the wellbeing of the children. They create a safe and fun environment and are quick to communicate with parents. We will miss them when my daughter starts kindergarten in the fall!
