Anderson After School

Anderson After School is a very good place to bring your child. Mrs Beard and her staff take very attentive care of your child. Meltdowns to homework she has you covered! Ask about after school pickup and special activities through the year. I Really Can’t believe I’m the 2nd review she has kids that grew up to be helpers and successful adults! Let me note Mrs Beard is a professional and previous teacher. It has come to my attention that she has had questionable reviews directed to her that are inaccurate and unwarranted from fabricated accounts. She is a genuinely good person and does not deserve or emulate the defaming reviews. I would and have trusted her and her staff through the pandemic without fail.

This past year my 3 kids at AAS have grow tremendously. They've learned how to be more kind, thoughtful, and how to better handle disagreements! Mrs Beard even solved my constant battle with who got to sit where debate with my kids every day! Mrs Beard loves kids and wants the best for every child; they ALL matter to her! Im very thankful for the past year my kids have had and the friends they've made and also the ideas and help shes given with homework!

Anderson After School is a great place to have your childeren. Whether it is during the school year or the summer. Mrs. Beard offers great opportunities for children to learn and have fun in many ways. The staff are also very helpful and provide a safe and clean environment for the children. Mrs. Beard is very caring and has many years of experience with children and is very good at adapting to each child's needs. Mrs. Beard and the staff do a very good job of coaching the kids and helping them with developing manners and respect for each other.

We were introduced to Anderson After School by a friend who also had her daughter there. What started as temporary arrangements has turned into permanent after school and summer care. From the getgo, Mrs. Beard has been so kind and accommodating. She has been wonderful to our family and is willing to help with just about any special need that may arise. I have never had any concerns that Mrs. Beard has not handled quickly, professionally, and with care. My girls love it there and have made so many friends. Most days it is a struggle to get them to want to come home which is an excellent feeling as a mom. Our first year of summer camp has been great so far. I love that they take so many field trips and always have fun activities planned for the kids.

We cannot say enough good things about Anderson After School, it's owner and staff. Ms. Beard truly cares for children and works hard to provide an environment conducive to both learning and fun. As an educator herself, she is happy to provide detailed, helpful feedback about children's learning and social adjustments and is even willing to attend meetings at school to help parents if requested. Her staff is great with the children and spend time helping them with homework and other after school activities. Ms. Beard is very flexible in helping to get our kids to other after school activities that have a delayed start after the end of school but before we get out of work at the end of the day. AAS offers periodic evening parent "date nights" and other fun nights for the children who attend AAS.
