This daycare and preschool is a very special place. When we adopted our daughter from overseas, who was five at the time of adoption, Animal Crackers became our lifesaver. They taught her how to speak English, how to drink from a bubbler, how to stand in line, and how to be a child in America. The teachers and the director are outstanding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Animal Crackers is a hidden gem. Our child has come up through several classrooms/ages at this point and has loved each of his teachers dearly—always excited for drop-off. The director is very responsive and the teachers share updates. They've also always been great with any questions or requests we've had. I like that they have a volunteer Parent Board of Directors and their preschool program aligns with MMSD readiness.
