They started out fantastic. But through millions of staff changes due to the director they finally are a sub par daycare service. My youngest child has almost escaped in their care, comes home 50 percent of the time with wet or no shoes and instead of helping my child, they do everything they can to make you wanna do it yourself. I've been gaslit enough. I apologize to the children who had to hear what has built up in 6 months. Today specifically I was told I couldn't pay out of pocket upon pick up when in actuality, they don't wanna have to look after my kid or let my kid be there during their precious Christmas program. Place is a joke watch them yourself, find a sitter, or an alternative care location. Anything but here

Our son has been enrolled in this childcare facility for several years, and although it has generally been satisfactory, we've experienced challenges with frequent staff turnover and numerous unexpected closures throughout the year. Today, when our son arrived 10 min late due to stopping to pick up snacks to share with his friends for their Easter party, the new director, Melissa, informed my wife that he could not attend because there was no room for him. This situation is unacceptable to us especially considering that his attendance each day is paid for. Additionally, the frequent closures for holidays and other unspecified reasons mean we often need to seek alternative childcare arrangements throughout the year.

We loved APK! My daughter attended the infant class. Her teachers were so caring and they went above and beyond in helping with some of her physical therapy exercises. The director was very accommodating and allowed her therapist to come in and work with her at their facility and worked with our schedule. Also, I love how they have so much natural lighting and everything is bright and cheery! They decorate the halls all the time, my daughter loved all the balloons! The only reason we left was because the 25 min drive was just too far for us and we found a facility 5 minutes from us.

A GREAT, CARING daycare who shows & gives my child the attention they need to learn and grow. They do activities with my child everyday. Send home crafts and projects of the day. Sends me photos via app while I’m working to show me activities or shows my child interaction with other children which is a wonderful thing to see. Helps me know my child is also learning social skills! So welcoming ! I can’t thank them enough ! I have to look NO further! You guys do an AMAZING job ! Thank you all & for all that you do day in, and day out! It’s never unnoticed!

I would not recommend this daycare for children who are antisocial or have a hard time with change. They have new teachers in and out every other week and it can be hard on kids who have a hard time adapting to new people. Aside from that teachers in the toddler rooms are very rough with the kids and provide very little TLC. The directors don’t care they just want a check.
