Worst school ever. My daughter went here for 3 years and something was always an issue. She had a different teacher every month, due to the director treating the teachers horribly. The last month before leaving I overpaid a monthly tuition and was told it could not be reimbursed or credited for the next months tuition. The worst part of all, the receptionist in the front. She was always in the worst mood ever like she hated her life and the kids there🤣 she was always so rude to all the parents and would talk to ugly to everyone. I had several issues with her and how she talked to my daughter but nothing was ever done because it was the directors daughter. If you love your kids do not take them to this school. Every person I know who’s ever had their kids here has had a horrible experience. BTW we found out the hard way that if you do not bring them a water bottle they will be given water from the sink, without filter but you pay $700 a month

Amazing school!!! My nieces and nephews that attend here always pass the GT and/or Grade Promotion exams once they attend public schools. My daughters are covering material way ahead of curriculum in Pre-K and Kinder! Love the newly added STEM focus!!

My children started back in Sept. 2016, I'm not going to lie and say this is a terrible school because my children have learned so much. My review is for the director (or better yet for the dictator, as he considers himself there). I recently had an issue concerning with my son of a year old, and as a concerned parent approached the dictator for a reasonable solution to my situation. He had NUMEROUS EXCUSES to cover HIS fault and that of his staff when it was evident that the victim of this situation was my son. He was extremely disrespectful to my husband and myself and he begged for us to forgive him for his unprofessionalism on how he approached the situation, thus making us feel we were under him. This doesn't help the situation of making us feel at ease. He assured us he had a solution to our situation, but when I returned on Monday he delivered a letter with his secretary addressing how we were no longer accepted there. WOW, through a letter! He couldn't even show his face and tell me in person, but it just comes to show his unprofessionalism as he claims to be in business for 27 years. Apparently he hasn't learned his manners on how to address parents properly! And as far as his staff they learn well from him on not knowing how to speak to parents with a professional tone when addressing a situation with someone's child. We entrusted him with the safety and well-being of our children and the treatment that we got from this school and its "director" was demeaning.

The problem with this "learning center" is that learning is not happening. The leadership is incompetent in the area of education. We asked for documentation of progress of any kind and we're given the run around. This is more of a day care than a learning center. Before you go there check what accreditation they have and who is actually teaching and how much time "the director" is actually at the center. Ernesto Alvarado Jr MS MSED ABD.

I’ve had my daughter enrolled a little less than a year and hands down to one of the best learning centers in Laredo. The staff is very professional and courteous.
