Rayne & the AppleTree team have been nothing short of amazing. Our son has gone through so many medical challenges since he started at this center and they've always been there to say "How can I help?". They treat our son like family and check up on us if we are having a hard time. Rayne is so kind & communicative. We have loved every single teacher that our son has had as he's moved up through rooms. We are thankful to have such a great support group at this daycare and would recommend it to anyone who wants to join.

I’m really disappointed with how much AppleTree Early Care and Preschool has gone downhill recently. The management has become extremely unprofessional and difficult to get a hold of when issues arise. There’s a lot of gossiping and negativity, and the way they speak to both families and staff members can come across as rude and dismissive. The atmosphere in the center no longer feels welcoming or positive – it feels tense and unorganized. It’s unfortunate because this used to be such a great place, but the changes in leadership and culture have really affected the overall experience.

My daughter has been at AppleTree Monroe for almost 2 years and she's had some amazing teachers. Currently, she's in Lyric with Ms. Hope and Ms. Victoria, and we love them! My daughter also is a complex care/medical kid, so leaving her with anyone is difficult for me. But, Ms. Hope and Ms. Victoria (and the others) make it a lot easier on me. I know our girl is loved and cared for when she's with them. They assist with PT movements, promote her learning, trying new things, etc. It makes my mom-heart feel a lot better when she sees her teachers and smiles, reaches out for them, with no tears. I've been fortunate enough to have no complaints when it comes to her teachers, including Infant prior to her move to Lyric. While, yes, staffing due to turn-over and/or illness can pose an inconvenience at times (especially during cold/flu season), I appreciate the facility always trying to make it work. I know it can't be easy, so I'm very appreciative of their work and how much they seem to love our girl.

I’m extremely concerned about the current leadership and environment at the center. The new director does not seem to be equipped for the role and has acted unprofessionally on multiple occasions. She raises her voice, doesn’t listen to concerns, and overall creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, it appears that many of the staff are not qualified or actively engaged with the children. I’ve noticed several staff members spending time gossiping instead of focusing on their responsibilities. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a setting where children’s safety and development should be the top priority. I’m disappointed with the direction this center is going and sincerely hope that these issues will be addressed immediately. I’m voicing these concerns not to complain, but because I care about the well-being of the children and the quality of care provided.

I was forced to come here as a child (late 90s) and I hated every single moment of existence when I was here. I'm not sure how it even still exists. DO NOT leave your children here unless you want them to have horrible memories for the rest of their lives. You're better off leaving your kids at home than taking them here.
