Arches Academy

My son attended junior high here and I can't speak highly enough of his experience. The academics were fantastic: lots of field trips (museums, hikes, plays, attending court), hands on experiments (every raised a baby axolotl or built and programmed a robot?), and personalization for each kid (classes are small enough that both struggling and advanced students get what they need). But what really made this school amazing was the culture. Although the students come from very diverse backgrounds and you wouldn't assume they would mesh, Arches has created an environment of belonging. No cliques, just kids contributing in their unique way and being appreciated and accepted for who they are and what they bring to the table. The teachers are passionate about the subject matter and, more importantly, you can tell they genuinely love their students. I only wish they had a high school!

I enrolled my daughter to Arches Academy for the Singapore math and small size classes. However, we received more than that. The field trips, 7 habits (Stephen Covey), the school atmosphere, the students' performances (Gala & Christmas concert), other activities like science fair are more than what I expected initially. My daughter loves going to school everyday. She is a bit advance in reading, and the school places her in her reading level, so she progresses nicely in her own pace. We're very grateful to find Arches Academy.

We have absolutely loved Arches. It has been a great experience for our girls. The individualized education has been phenomenal. The teachers are so, so good. The Leader in Me program has been great and so worthwhile. I love how they teach and empower the children. I feel it is a really good environment. The teachers are respectful of the students, and the students respect the teachers...a lot! It is truly a wonderful school! Best decision to transfer!

I have been extremely impressed with Arches Academy. As a single mom, one of the best feelings is knowing that my children are in the best of hands when they aren't with me. My son has a passion for learning and soaks everything up like a sponge. The staff is friendly, accommodating, respectful, and knowledgeable. They know all of students and the students all know each other. It's not only providing a personalized education for my kid(s), but it's an excellent community.

My daughters began attending Arches Academy this past year and have LOVED it. My wife and I love the personalized attention they get, the small class sizes, the friendly community, the exceptional teachers. The girls love their teachers, the friendships they have made, and the unique field trip opportunities they receive on a regular basis. The math program is really outstanding, and the focus on addressing each child's needs cannot be matched anywhere else we have looked. Wish we had put our daughters here sooner!
