Arlene's Day Care

Our daughter has been going to Ms Arlene’s day care for the past 7 months and she absolutely loves it. Ms Arlene takes care of her just like a grandmother would while teaching her invaluable life lessons. Ms. Tina is a great support as well who is always smiling and ensures the kids are always busy, comfortable and enjoying their time. Highly recommend!!

Arlene did day care for my son for 3 years. Started at 4 months. I can't imagine him anyplace else. This place has indoor and outdoor activities. The best!

My son went to Arlene's day care for almost year and a half. He absolutely loved the place and she took care of him like her own. The helpers are super talented, and very patient with kids. Arlene's Daycare. My toddler has been going to Arlene's daycare since he was 3.5 months old and the care he has received from Arlene has been exceptional. He loves going to Arlene's. Starting from a young age, Arlene teaches little kids alphabets, numbers and logic skills via the many board games she has collected over the years. They learn so much at a young age while having so much fun. Arlene also teaches kids many life skills - how to share, how to say no while being firm and polite, how to play with others and much more. I highly recommend Arlene's Daycare.

Our son has been at Arlene’s Daycare for the past two years, from age 2 to 4. He usually takes a long time to adjust to new changes, but the transition to Ms. Arlene’s day care took less than a week. The staff and Ms. Arlene take a personal interest in the kids and make them as comfortable as possible, which is why my son had such a great experience at this day care. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Ms. Arlene made sure to keep me updated on his day to day activities and if there were any issues she brought them up right away. At one point, one kid was being a bit aggressive towards my son and it was reported to us right away, and not just that, Arlene and her staff took extra steps to coach the child as well as help my son and the other children to deal with it. I have never seen this kind of diligence in other places, they just let the kids do whatever they want. My son is a picky eater and it is a constant struggle to get him to eat everything I send in his lunch box. But the staff and Arlene are always giving him close attention and making sure he completes his lunch as much as possible. Arlene is very experienced and pays attention to even small things like making sure the kids drink water at regular intervals throughout the day. This is a home based daycare, and overall the mental and physical stimulation has been fantastic. In the summers the kids are constantly playing in the backyard on all the play structures and cars and balls. In the winters I was worried they wouldn’t get enough exercise, but not only do they go out and play, they also play a lot of indoor games and do puzzles and numbers etc. regularly which keeps them engaged, and teaches them to take turns and play nicely with others. Overall, I highly recommend this place for the home-like environment it provides, and for the loving teachers and play-based learning.
