We could not speak more highly of KinderCare AOA! Our son started there when he was 4 months old and we were so nervous starting him in daycare at such a young age, but the teachers and staff are excellent, and our fears quickly dissipated. Our son is so happy whenever we walk in the door, and everyone knows him by name and light up when they seem. They truly care and are also teaching and showing him so much that I could never do.
We are so incredibly grateful for KinderCare and our son's wonderful teachers. Huge shout out to Ms. Cee Cee, Ms. T (seems like it is always a calm classroom!), Ms. Bria, Ms. Erica, Jackie, and Mr. Nick. We cannot thank you enough for being so good to Jack!

We love Kindercare AOA! We have been at AOA since our daughter started in the infant room. Ms. Keisha, Ms. Dajia, and Ms. Bria did such an amazing job taking care of our baby girl. I love their focus on fun and education. Now, our daughter has transitioned to the toddler classroom and I continue to be impressed by the dedication and kindness of her teachers. We especially are so grateful for Ms. Liza, Ms. Ade, Ms. Khadidja, and Ms. Char who have helped our shy daughter blossom and come out of her shell! My daughter loves morning circle time with her teachers, and the routines put in place have really helped her to thrive! The team is incredibly receptive to feedback and has helped to support my daughter through a series of transitions! We are also so grateful for the leadership team. Mr. Nick, Ms. Jackie, and Ms. Shaneka are so communicative. We will be moving this summer and I am so sad to be leaving Kindercare AOA!

We love kindercare AOA! I was so overwhelmed selecting a daycare for our first baby, and we felt like it was home starting from the tour. Our teachers in Infant 1 care so much about our little one. We can’t thank Ms Dajia, Ms Keisha, and Ms Bria enough! Our son is thriving there each day and has learned so much the last few months. We feel so comfortable dropping him off knowing he’ll get the best care and we love the app updates we get all day.
Ms Shaneka, Ms Jackie and Mr Nick do such an amazing job planning each month and communicating with the families.

Our daughter attended KinderCare AOA from 5 months through 18 months (just over a year) and I *sobbed* for about an hour 2 days before we ended our time there when I realized her teachers weren't coming with us as we move away. 😭
Her teachers in Infant 1 -- Ms Keisha and Ms Dajia -- are SO kind and patient (and not just with the kids but with us parents too), but also so silly and creative, and they have really helped our daughter grow into the sassy little intelligent healthy weirdo that she is today. They're just absolutely amazing teachers and women in general and the absolute best hands that first timers like us could have left our daughter in the care of. All the other teachers we've interacted with are equally as kind and even teachers from other grades seemed to know our daughter, so that's fun. It felt like a family.
For the center, we loved that diapers and wipes and meals were all included as that really alleviated some mental energy for us each day/week. (Just BYO prepped bottles of BM or formula in the infant stage.) I also loved that after age 1 the kiddos could go hang out in the indoor gym to get energy out, as well as going for walks/stroller rides outside. There is also ample on-site stroller parking though one of the stroller parking lots indoors may one day become a classroom. We loved receiving updates throughout the day in their app with pictures, meal info, nap info, and diaper changes -- it helped us feel in the loop and like we weren't "missing" so much while we had to work. Safety bonus: fire department is right down the block! (Though I don't think that's ever become necessary.) A lot of employers offer a 10% discount on tuition -- check with your hr department or if you have something like workingadvantage it'll be on there. (Tuition seemed average for similar places in Philly that provide as much as KC AOA does.)
The leadership team -- Ms Shaneka, Ms Jackie, and Mr Nick -- is kind and reassuring and always open to feedback and new parent paranoia questions, which we always had a lot of. :) They send monthly newsletters and calendars out to keep parents in the know, and there's a new parent ambassador group forming which is cool -- you have a parent resource group and can use that to meet other parents and plan play dates. Great if you don't know a lot of people with kids yet!
I always felt weird posting a review while we were still there because the Internet is a weird place when it comes to kids, but our last day was yesterday and the teachers sent us home with artwork from the class to our daughter like "we'll miss you" and I'm not crying you're crying. 😭
So I just had to come on and share. We will miss you, too! You all have meant so much to us as our daughter's first caregivers.
