Our son has been at BabyVillage since 3 months of age and he is now 2.5 years old. We can't recommend BabyVillage enough for the nurturing social and educational environment that has allowed him to explore and grow with his baby and now toddler friends. The quality of the teachers, staff, early childhood education and peer interactions made my son feel so comfortable being himself at BabyVillage. Our son woke up everyday excited to go to school. We will be moving and are very sad to leave BabyVillage. It truly felt like we were part of the BabyVillage family and we wish our son could've stayed and continue to grow with BabyVillage until kindergarten but hope our spot will go to another child who will love this place as much as our son did!

I’m about as high maintenance/helicopter parent as you get and shopped around for daycares for my infant for a long time. Given babies cannot advocate for themselves and the intense panic I felt having anyone but myself or my husband care for our daughter I really struggled working with and selecting a daycare. The staff at BabyVillage in the infant room have been life changing. My daughter started when she was 6 months, and is now almost a year and Absolutely LOVES her teachers and her friends and is not only well cared for but her teachers clearly care about her as if she was their own. When we drop off and pick her up she reaches for them as she does myself and her dad and clearly sees these wonderful people as her “family”. They provide real time updates and communicate actively with me about any and all concerns either through messaging or setting aside additional time to meet in person when needed. They never make me feel crazy or overbearing despite my checking furniture is bolted, surfaces and shared spaces are clean, toys are intact and safe, and have worked actively with me since my kiddo sleeps on a special mattress which requires some additional work on their part. I can’t say enough good things about Vanessa, Riana, and Monique. They get it. I don’t worry when my daughter is in their care which is a wonderful gift since as a first time mom all I know how do it is worry! Thank you BabyVillage ❤️

I just want to say how grateful I am for Baby Village. This school has tremendously helped him grow and express himself, helps him communicate with sign language, reach and go beyond his milestones..., they've been there thru a lot of changes my son has had to go thru and the director and teachers are so kind and accommodating and he's been such an even happier boy since starting there 6 months ago. I'm so proud of him all the time 🥹🥰☺️🫶

I would heavily advise any family looking for childcare to look elsewhere. The positive reviews for this location are solicited of employees by the manager in California. This location penny pinches at every opportunity, and has no curriculum, structure, or lesson planning. They frequently break licensing rules about child to staff ratios due to their intentional understaffing. The staff are given almost no support or guidance on teaching. Most teachers are hired under a guise of education opportunity and are not given the training necessary to manage a classroom. There is no structure within classes, with age groups and developmental stages frequently shoved together to accommodate the staffing. There is no consistency whatsoever for the children. Staff is not permitted to have constructive conversations about child behavior with parents, and children with violent patterns of behavior are not effectively managed, leading to fear and incidents with other children. If you want your child to get sick, bring them here as excuses are constantly made as to why a child who is visibly ill can still attend. Management frequently fabricates programs and amenities to touring parents, and makes promises of quality that are not kept. There is not enough proper food storage, and perishable child lunches are often left at room temperature for hours before being served. Children's supplies such as diapers and wipes are often shared due to negligence on staff and parents. Staff who have racist, discriminatory, and abusive tendencies face no repercussions from management, and are kept because it's too much work to hire someone new.

My experience with BabyVillage has been all positive! Our daughter loves being there and the teachers/staff are wonderful. It's great to have such a reliable, nurturing daycare in our neighborhood.
