Balanced Family Academy of Upper Arlington

Our family is absolutely obsessed with BFA Upper Arlington! They've made our transition to parenthood SO seamless. They make us feel like we are part of a true community and they cater to all our daughter's specific needs, caring for her as an individual! We love all the special updates we get throughout the day and end of day recaps where we get to hear all about her milestones and funny stories of her crazy antics! BFA also provides the best snacks and meals, our daughter LOVES! We're so grateful to feel so confident in our childcare and feel our daughter is so loved!

I couldn't be more impressed. My children and I recently moved to Columbus and I wanted to send them to a daycare/preschool that 1) they would look forward to attending, and 2) I would feel comfortable and confident sending them to, knowing that they would be well cared for. My hopes and expectations have been exceeded in every way. The curriculum is fabulous, the teachers and administrators are wonderful and loving, and the entire team's communication is off the charts. Meals and snacks are nutritious, and my kids (who are ordinarily very picky) are eating well! I can't recommend BFA highly enough.

We couldn’t love this daycare more! It took a while for me to find a place that I trusted when I was going back to work. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive…it truly feels like a second home for our child. Every day, they come home with a smile on their face, which means a lot to me as a parent. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such a caring and nurturing environment! So grateful to have found this place and I can’t recommend enough.

Our family cannot say enough about the delightful experience at The Clubhouse at Balanced Family Academy. We have a 2 and 3 year old attending the Clubhouse. The staff are phenomenal -they are the best. Madalyn, Ms Erica and 2 yr instructor demonstrate tremendous love , compassion and warmth to our grandchildren. We know they are in the best of hands when we drop them off. Madalyn consistently goes above and beyond with emailing daily curriculum s and reading list for each month. Ms Erica, Madalyn and 2 year old instructor respond promptly with answers to questions and always provide good guidance. We would not send our children anywhere else. Thank you Charlene Burkholder

We absolutely love BFA! They take amazing care of our daughter. She absolutely adores her teachers, and all of the teachers are so warm and nurturing. It's also comforting to see how in addition to her own teachers, the entire administrative staff always knows how her day went when I pick her up in the evening. BFA truly feels like our second family.
