Ballard Road KinderCare

Our son attended KinderCare Ballard for six months as an infant. We were very pleased with the care provided. The director is fantastic and has excellent communication. Ms. Alana was our son's main teacher and she was amazing. Our son was excited to go to daycare each morning and was always happy (and playing with his friends) when we picked him up. We would highly recommend KinderCare Ballard for child care.

Ballard KinderCare is extraordinary! I highly recommend this center for childcare. When I first sent my daughter, I was an absolute nervous wreck who asked about a billion questions everyday for the first month. I was never made to feel annoying or a pain - all of my questions in the last year and a half (and there have been a lot!) have been answered with sincerity and professionalism. I always feel comforted and confident in the director’s approach with every situation that happens when you’re caring for a lot of kids. The staff truly cares about the kids in the center and everyone I’ve encountered has gone above and beyond for my child. I feel very lucky to have found this place and am so appreciative of the entire staff. If you’re looking for peace of mind, quality care, and for your child to be treated the way you would treat them, look no further!

Updated: Wanted to take a moment and provide an update on this review. I continue to give 5 stars and would give more stars if possible. They have continued to provide excellent and safe care during trying times. We know have our son in the center too. We have never felt any trepidation about sending our children there during the pandemic. They take safety very seriously and all protocols are followed to the letter. This center is amazing! Have been thoroughly impressed since day one. Our daughter has been there over a year now. The teachers are amazing and they spend lots of personal time with each child. Our daughter loves her teachers and friends. She gets sad when it isn't time to go to school on the weekends. I would recommend this center to anyone. Every family and child is made to feel they are most important ones. The center is run with a professional but fun atmosphere. One of the best examples I can give of how amazing the center and teachers are is one day when our daughter couldn't find her blanket. No less than 7 teachers and both the director and the assistant director helped us look for 30 minutes until it was found. Simply above and beyond! I have never once seen this center in any shape other than impeccable cleanliness. It's amazing how well maintained it is. It has been a joy to watch our daughter flourish at this center. We look forward to many more great years here!

Love this center! The teachers and directors are all amazing. We have been having our children here for 4 1/2 years. They have thrived over this time. During the pandemic their protocols and procedures have been beyond reproach. I have not felt any trepidation sending my children to the center during this time. I can't say enough about all they have done for us and how our children have blossomed under their care.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate Kindercare - especially the Ballard branch. My oldest has been going for four years and my new baby just started this year in the midst of the pandemic, and I made the best choice! All of the employees are incredibly responsive if I have any concerns or questions; the app is convenient and a great way to see how my kids are doing; and the love and care they show to each student is astounding. My oldest brings home great stories, showing off some great skills that Kindercare helped to temper, like potty training, math, and early reading. Thank you, Kindercare!
