Bark Baths and Beyond PCB is great! They did excellent with our two cocker spaniels for two weeks and a bath at the end. The staff is very friendly and Elizabeth did great by sending us picture with the boys having fun socializing with their other clients. Would definitely use their services again.

Our sweet girl needed a bath and nail trim while we were in town! I was very pleased with the care they took of Zoey! Thank you to the team! So easy to schedule and she looks adorable after a bath!

My bearded collies were a mess And have not been groomed in quite some time. Bark baths and beyond had them for six hours and they came out looking like different dogs, smelling better and feeling better. Love what they did to my girls!

I have 2 dogs and were bringing them there for a little over a year. We had no issues until their most recent stay which was 2 nights. I picked them up and then a couple hours later noticed a straight laceration on a leg and marks all over the face of one of my dogs, like she was in a fight, got caught on something in the yard, or attacked. I called the front desk later in the afternoon and they had no idea what happened. They stated they have to ask who was there Sunday. They asked the worker who was there Sunday and said there may have been a fight with her sibling or other dog and that "they play rough." That is not true as 1) my other dog would have marks, 2) that still does not explain the straight laceration on the paw and lack of puncture wounds, and 3) they have never fought or showed aggressiveness towards one another. It is also a huge liability to let random dogs out together, but that is a whole other issue. They honestly have no idea what happened which is very worrisome as they are responsible for your pets. Since this visit, the dog that was injured has developed severe separation anxiety. I guess the staff and me will never know what happened, but I do know one thing, I will NEVER be bringing my dogs back to this establishment as the lack of watching your animal and attentiveness is concerning. How do you not notice lacerations and marks to a face and leave it for the owner to find?
