The staff I have encountered have been extremely helpful and kind! My daughter is in her 3rd class since being at BBO and WE have loved every teacher and teacher assistant so far! Vera comes home with activities that reflect our Christian values! She even started singing "America (Tis of Thee)" the other morning out of nowhere! I was so impressed and proud that my daughter is in the care of those who recognize who God is and what an honor it is to live in America!!!!!

My little has been going there since he was 5 months old. He has THRIVED since being at BBO. All the teachers, even the ones that are not his, love him like their own. He literally runs into that place in the mornings to see Ms. Stephanie and his “fwends”! I have zero doubts about the love and care he is given.
Another thing worth mentioning is how interactive they are with the kids! I receive pictures almost daily of my babe and his teachers all sitting in a circle reading, playing, or doing crafts! They have an amazing app which aids in the great communication which is very important to me.
I urge you to make your own judgement vs. hearsay because anyone desperate enough will twist the story in their favor.

Many highly concerning incidents have occurred at this facility in the past couple of years, with only a slew of them being reported to Bright from the Start. Even more concerning, is the lack of compassion and understanding from the owners, as they are rarely present, especially when incidents happen and parents are desperately searching for answers.
As the most expensive daycare in the area, you would expect top notch educators and care; however, it is quite the opposite.

Worst Daycare there is especially for special needs kids. They dont know how to deal with ADHD AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES and when they dont understand they dont talk to the parent, the call DFCS. They kicked a 3 yr old out then turn around and called DFCS because the 6 yr old twins are getting use to ADHD medicine and was drowsy. If you have special needs kids this place is to sorry to care for them...

My son is 2 years old and attends Best Buddies. The teachers he has had so far have been nothing but compassionate and trustworthy. Exceptional staff. Clean and safe environment.
