My child had a huge, black & blues, bite mark on her arm that the teacher did not notice because she didn’t care to notice. She saw an older child bite my baby and did not comfort her, did not check her arm, did not write up an accident report, and did not inform the other staff. She simply did absolutely nothing while my child spent the rest of the day crying and sad which was unusual for her up-beat personality. The Director is great. But the staff member did not experience any consequences. She didn’t even care enough to apologize.

Do not send your child here. Staff is not trained and is very unorganized. The director Ms. D is kind but does not hold her staff accountable. I provided many complaints about the staff and it does not seem as though she is trying to reconstruct her staff. I removed my child from the center and contacted the director about my additional complaints and did not receive a response back until a week later. Their is no consistency with this center. I guess you get what you pay for.
