We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter to this daycare! She’s been going since she was 10 weeks old and as a first time mom I was nervous but the teachers have always cared for her like their own. The app they use is great and easy to check how she’s doing throughout the day and she is always smiling when I drop her off. Definitely recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the decision to enroll my child in this facility. As a first time mom I was riddled with anxiety knowing that I would have to return to work and place my baby in daycare. I'd heard about Big Blue Marble when it was under ownership of Bright Star, so I wasn't sure if the change was a good or bad thing. I'd also researched the facility on the State website.
My daughter couldn't have a better teacher and the center couldn't have a more dedicated Director. I am always greeted with a warm smile & pleasant hello. The parents and children look happy to be there. And the staff is always well composed. I have peace knowing that my child is in capable hands!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my daughter. We recently started here with my daughter and all the staff are sweet, kind and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly and my little one has everything she needs. Thank you to all the lovely staff for what you do!

Over the past month, there has been considerable issues addressed quickly and efficiently. I can now say that I am happy that my daughters attend BBMA and that teacher absolutely adore them as much as I do. I love that the communication and safety has significantly improved for the better. I most definitely appreciate Tara and Skye for the improvements that they have made.

I wanted to wait before I made a review due to a pending investigation, but do NOT send your kids here!! Yes, this was the only place that my daughter enjoyed coming too, but I would never recommend it to a parent that prioritizes their child’s safety and health! I’m begging you to take your children somewhere else . This center was recommended to me by a friend, and I regret sending her here everyday. I do like the diversity within the classrooms, but that’s about all I can say about this center. The children don’t learn anything, the come home filthy and their clothes are stained black. There are about 2 good teachers, but the turn over rate is so high that they may be gone by the end of the year. The teachers are not properly trained to handle children under 5 years old. I’ve walked past classroom and heard them telling( to the top of their lungs) at children. These are children and if you don’t have the patience then you should not be here. Bullying with no consequences is also a HUGE problem that gets brushed off frequently. I’ve made several complaints with multiple staff and nothing was ever done about it. I’ve spoken to numerous families who’ve had the SAME experiences as me when it came to their children. This center speaks so highly about the camera system, but anytime an issue occurs in the classroom we can’t view it to see why/how our children become injured. What’s the point in having cameras if you don’t allow ANY parents to see them. It’s absolutely filthy, they don’t clean, it’s very unorganized, the kids are ALWAYS sick, and the staff isn’t attentive to the kids. If you enroll your child here, be prepared to contract bacterial eye infections , viral infections and other illnesses weekly due to poor/lack of sanitation & not adhering to the sick policy in the center. I removed my child and placed her somewhere else and she hasn’t been sick yet. Besides how absolutely disgusting they are , the security lacks. They don’t ID check anybody who comes in to pick up children. I’ve sent my brother in just to see what they’d do. They looked at him strange , but never questioned him before letting him leave with my child. They claim they keep roll of all children, but there is never a clear account for them. The kids are NEVEr in the correct classrooms, so you’re stuck wandering around in the afternoons. They don’t update their Pro-care app which causes you to have to go door to door to find your child at the end of the day. I’ve came in twice and they told me my child had already been picked up which was scary for me because I’m the only person that picks her up!! I searched every classroom , every playground and my child was missing….. why didn’t her teacher know? After running around the center , I found her and other children shut in the office . Apparently, kids from her classroom, were removed due to the center being short staffed. So they just pull children and don’t inform teachers. Why wasn’t she made aware? The center constantly mixes classroom of different ages which poses a big safety risk in my opinion. 1 teacher should NOT be in the classroom with 20 children. I’ve heard teachers complain about management and the workload on numerous occasions. I’ve also picked my child up with dirt in her hair , ant bites, unexplainable cuts & bruises all over her body and most recently a face/eye injury. My daughter was injured while in care of AMBER in the Autriallia 3s classroom. I was never notified of her swollen face , I never received an incident report , and after days of begging for an explanation, Tara insinuated that I did at home and brought her in that way. That was the first lie told… if anything was wrong with her upon arrival, It would have been the center’s responsibility’s to report it to DFACS. The story has changed and I have yet to receive an explanation as to why her face was messed up when I picked her up. I hate I enrolled my daughter in this hell hole. I could go on and on, but nothing would change.. please don’t let Tara or Skye fool you like they care about your child.
