My son has been attending this facility for a year now, and I’ve loved the experience! Before I found this facility my son was in 4 previous daycares, yes it took us 5 daycares to find a daycare we actually trusted and is genuinely a great place to take your child. My son is a level 2 non verbal autistic child, so finding a daycare we trusted was very hard. My son has honestly flourished here! He’s come so far from when he was first diagnosed, and I fully believe it’s because of the teachers and the things all the teachers do with the children! I couldn’t recommend a better daycare! Also to add it’s a great place to work as I started working here two months ago after leaving healthcare! It’s a great environment and a great team! I love it, I even just signed up to be a lead teacher! This will definitely be my second family!❤️

I am in the military and when we moved to the area we tried to use Military Child Care Aware to get our discounted price, but the director failed to renew their contract with MCCA after saying she would. Now our account has elapsed and we have to send up a whole new application.

It really saddens me to leave this review. However, I believe if you’re thinking about leaving your child here, you should know the following. When I enrolled my daughter in this daycare I was told parents are not allowed to view their video surveillance UNLESS an incident happens. If that was the case we are more than welcome to request that footage to watch it. This IS NOT THE CASE. Fast forward to today an incident occurred. My daughter busted her lip while playing. At first I was very understanding of the whole incident. (She’s two at the end of the day) Although, I did want to watch the footage to make sure there was no ill intent involved. I was denied that right. I was told by the administrator Christy that her superiors needed to see it first and THEN they can determine if I can gain access to it. I want to emphasize that my intention was not to be difficult, but rather to express my worry as a mother. I was deeply distressed by the situation, and I believe my emotional state reflected my genuine concern for my daughter's well-being. I believe the administrator could have handled the situation more empathetically. I was already distressed, and her repeated insistence that I could not see the video without acknowledging my concerns was upsetting. Denying me that right is concerning and raises questions about the transparency of their policies. I hope they consider reviewing their policies and are more transparent with their polices as well.

I like this daycare for my child. The teachers listened to everything I needed and wanted, my favorite teacher (and my baby girl) was Ms. Holly — what a kind and patient person she was. Another was Ms. Avery who got my little girl potty trained (at school) in less than a month. She was so comforting, patient, communicative and kind. The reason this was not a five star for me was: the responsiveness of the front office staff and one lady came across as if she couldn’t bear to speak with me the whole time we went to the school. Another thing was a period of revolving staff for a while there was a new teacher every two weeks. Also, they promise daily pictures, food schedule and sleep schedule updates but I received little updates during her day.

We have been with this school since 2021. We have always been happy, both before and after it became BBMA. The teachers love the kids and you can tell that they all help out where ever they are needed because my oldest daughter knows them all. I am confident that my children are safe there as well. The administration uses phone and email communication frequently, and Ms. Taylor is often at the desk to answer any questions on the spot! I would recommend BBMA to friends and family.
