I have had my fair share of bad daycare experiences, but this has been a dream come true in a facility. Any concerns I have have always been addressed in a timely manner, and the staff absolutely loves my daughter like family! She's been going here since she was 4 months old and is now a little over a year old. After the nightmare I lived with my son when he was in daycare (different facility), this has really been an answered prayer.

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 3 months old. This daycare is one of our favorites. She learns so much (colors, Spanish, etc.) they even have helped her reach milestones such as walking with her developmental delay. The teachers show how much they love and care for these children every day. Administration does a wonderful job at quickly expressing concerns since the staff has been “updated.” Every day when I pick up my child, I love to hear all the stories they have from the day. We get updated with pictures of the kiddos constantly and it melts my heart. There are always fun parties for the classrooms with each holiday. I couldn’t be more happy with this daycare and the daily functioning of it. Thank you for keeping your parents updated and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

My husband and I are first time parents and were hesitant about any childcare facility. But, BBM of Roebuck has exceeded our expectations. To begin, Ms. Felisa, the Infant 1 teacher is God sent! I know my son took a while to adjust to the new change of daycare (he was only 4 months when he started) and she was so patient with him and with us. He is now so independent! She loved him like he was her own. Her communication was superior and overall she was an outstanding teacher. My son is now in the infant 2 room, and he adores Ms. Grace. She is so loving towards our son and is always so kind at pick up. Ms. Taylor, Ms. Debbie, and Ms. Megan are also absolutely phenomenal. I suggest BBM of Roebuck to anybody and everybody I know looking for childcare.

The school is extremely messy between Deb and Megan. They talk about each other and then act like their partners in crime when they’re at work together, but needless to say my four year-old autistic kid was going here. He does have problems with his sensory which activates sometimes they were great with him at first it into him being left to pull up for 10 hours at a time the same pull up. He left my house so he’s sitting in pee and poop for 12 hours. Megan tried to fix it. 2-3 times this went on the fifth time I contacted the corporate office got a phone call from them. They straighten things out it seem like well. Gotta pick my kid up and I get told by Megan meanwhile she’s point her finger Directed at me saying my child should know how to use the potty knowing that he is autistic he should not know anything he is learning. This is called discrimination I have contacted an attorney. This place is extremely messy and has called child neglect towards my child leaving him in a dirty pull up multiple times multiple not just multiple. They are very disrespectful and conniving. Also, they will take payments from you when you don’t even owe them them. But for Megan to sit there and say my child should know better knowing he’s autistic and on the spectrum is very very discriminative and she took time to run the office instead of watching her own kid at her job and maybe things will get handled

My son being going here for 3 years I love the director Megan she is very nice and has Our child well being and safety in place the teachers are very good
