Big Lagoon Learning Center

I currently have a 1 year old boy and 3 year old girl enrolled here. My daughter has been going here since she was 1. Both of my children appear to love this place more than home. The staff makes me feel safe with my children in their hands. My daughter has learned more than I am able to teach her at home. The prices are more than fair to me, especially since they have great hours and provide food. I will be moving about 1 hour away from this school this year and still plan to tough out the drives because my children love it so much and the staff is amazing.

I just want to say this place is amazing! My daughter started here last month, her very first time in daycare, and she loves it! There’s an open line of communication with the teachers and my daughter has come home happy and clean! Me finding this daycare was honestly last minute and there was only a two week wait. I’m very happy and comfortable leaving my daughter in their care!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place. All of the staff is so warm and friendly. The kids are also all so sweet. They learn their ABCs and 123s and how to socialize with other kids and be part of a group. The difference in how my son interacts with other kids before and since he’s been attending Big Lagoon is remarkable. I especially love that this place is a little old school, like how I remember growing up - playing outside, treats on special occasions - my son looks forward to going here and often talks about his friends. I just feel lucky to have a hyper-local daycare that’s as amazing as this one is.

Absolutely love this place! My son is not an easy boy by any means, and we are amazed how patient and happy they are with him! We can tell he is learning and developing and they are actually putting in an effort in educating and he’s not even 3 yet. Also, we’re having a hard time potty training at home, and they’ve been patient with our process. Seeing their smily faces every morning just makes my day. My son runs in without saying “goodbye”, and he talks about going to “school” on the weekends!🤦‍♀️🤣 We will be moving soon, but we will truly miss this place!

I would highly recommend the PreK class at Big Lagoon! All of the teachers are wonderful and more important strive to help everyone learn fast and have fun while doing it! Very clean facility and safe..thank you for helping my child be kindergarten ready in prek!
