There aren't enough words for the joy BBAA has brought our family over the past almost 4 years, I can confidently say it brings peace of mind to know our child is loved, educated, and thriving with her peers. Our loved one wouldn't be where she is academically and socially without the teachers and classmates at Blue Bridge. Everyday we know she's safe, well fed and NEVER bored! Their curriculum is second to none and new art for my fridge is a bonus - always! :) We adore Kat and all our amazing staff! The consistent updates throughout the day are a special touch, also.

This daycare has been an absolute life saver! I'm a first time mom so you can imagine the amount of anxiety I felt when it came time to find childcare for my 1 year old daughter. I didn't really know what I wanted but I knew exactly what I didn't want. I toured so many facilities here in Baton Rouge and always left each tour feeling skeptical. When I toured Blue Bridge, my mind was made up before I even left the building. Not because the facility was highly recommended, not because it's close to my home and my job but because of things like the atmosphere, the staff, the attentiveness to the children and the lack of a language barrier. I mentioned the language barrier because I know the bare minimum when it comes to ASL yet I have never felt out of place or out of my element each time I walk through those doors. I love how all the teachers have great communication skills. I love how they properly (& regularly) update procare because again, first time mom here so I NEED to know what my baby is doing at all times lol. Another rave is how willing they are to work with your family. Something as simple as being able to leave extra dinners there in case my child decides to be a picky and doesn't want what's on the menu is huge for me. I also love how I immediately felt like I joined a huge family on our first day there. Another thing I love is how they put on all types of events for the enrolled families. The kids can safely celebrate most holidays which is wonderful in my opinion. As far as education, I had never heard of Frog street before but I tell you what, my daughter has done nothing but thrive since she's been there. She's also learning ASL (& so am I!). Every morning, she is literally running to her class. Some days she won't even tell me bye, just shuts the door on me lol other days she would rather one of the administrators bring her to class. My mom has always told me that you can tell how someone treats your child by how they react to a person and I can honestly say that my daughter is treated with genuine love and care here. I joke about how I'm still looking for something negative to say about this daycare because how can they be so perfect? To sum my review up, my experience here has been so great that I've been considering putting my career on hold until my daughter ages out of the program. I planned to move out of state next year but I can't imagine taking my daughter away from a place she loves and I honestly don't think I'll be able to find another daycare anywhere in the US that is on the same level as this one. If you're looking for childcare, this is the one. If you have offspring, you're pregnant or even trying to conceive, get on the waiting list now! It'll be one of the best decisions and investment in your child's future that you can make.

I can’t give Blue Bridge enough praise for the care and love that they have shown our daughter since she started at 5 months old. They treat her like one of their own children and are quick to answer any questions we have during the day while she’s at school. I love getting to see pictures of her playing with her little friends and watching her teachers intently as they sign and read to her. While our daughter is fully hearing, I was born with severe hearing loss and I know how important inclusive daycares like this are for early access to communication. We’ve become friends with all of the teachers at Blue Bridge and we always look forward to seeing everyone at our weekend ASL classes. If you’re looking for a safe and inclusive daycare for your little one, Blue Bridge is the perfect choice!

Highly recommend! As a working mom, my baby girl started attending Blue Bridge at just 3 months of age. As a parent, I feel spoiled!! For starters, the staff is amazing! Everyone is so thoughtful and incredibly helpful. I also get real time updates and photos of my sweet girl throughout the day so I always know what she is up to. They have multiple activities that help her development while keeping her entertained and happy! Blue Bridge will not only have your child excited but YOU excited to drop him/her off!! Every-time I drop off or pick up my girl is ALL smiles!!! As a parent, there is no better feeling than to know your baby is getting the best care and lots of attention! My little one is a hearing baby but she is already intrigued when her teachers sign to her. I cannot wait to watch her grow at Blue Bridge, my sweet bilingual baby!

Blue bridge ASL academy is the best school that I could have placed my daughter at. They treat her like she is family and she and I both love all of the staff that work there. The directors are very down to earth and caring, much different than any other daycare I’ve encountered. If my daughter is absent they message me to check on her and they just really care about whether or not a child or family is doing well. Out of the multitude of schools that I looked at when looking for daycare, this school shined the brightest. The class sizes are the smallest I have found anywhere, this allows the teachers to be more hands-on with the students; participating in crafts, teaching them sign language, going out side and exploring, those are just a few things that the school does. each classroom has a hearing teacher and a deaf or hard of hearing teacher. The school supplies diapers, wipes and snacks on top of three healthy meals per day, cooked in their on-site kitchen. from the beginning I told them how important breast-feeding was to me and my daughter, they have been so helpful with that. They have an on-site Breastfeeding room, and they also allow for moms to come in and breast-feed their child if desired.
The school exceeds all of my expectations, caters to all of my child’s needs and I am so glad that this is where I have chosen for my daughter to go.
