Bo Peep Daycare

Wood give negative 10 if I could. Multiple instances of neglect, racism, incompetence, and disrespect from teachers to the directors. “Clinicians” there with no degree or higher education trying to diagnose children, unanswered bruising to child without any notices via paper or school app, workers are disrespectful and do not assist with child’s learning/care and are inpatient. I could go on, pulled my child out because they did not alert families that an active case of hand foot and mouth disease was in the school leading to my healthy child getting it. When asked why they didn’t get an alert since they alert about anything to do with money, they accused they aren’t obligated to tell anyone anything! A JOKE. Glad I got sherry recorded saying this and law enforcement is able to move forward. Care about your kids and don’t take them there it’s a nightmare

Had to get the cops involved due to her sharing my child’s medical information with other people without my permission and days after she withdrew my child for having a medical diagnosis even though he has a clearance letter. She also continued to call my phone after I asked her not too. Cops involved and harassment has since stopped. Please be cautious taking your children here. Like they say money is the root of all evil, and trust that she only cares about money.

Could not be more impressed with Bo Peep if I tried. The amount of love that is poured into my child daily is obvious. He absolutely loves going to school. We could not ask for a better teacher for him. The directors are always willing to speak with you. It is evident that everyone who comes in contact with your child is here for all the right reasons.

My grand babies was at this daycare for from January 8-19, 2024. During this time I did not meet the teacher for either child and the last day I picked them up a woman whom I had never seen brought the wrong child outside to me and left her. I had to get her attention through the closed door to tell her she had released the wrong child, instead of asking for identification she proceeded to say " you and her mom drive the same car so I thought you were picking her up." After waiting outside for several more minutes she finally came back with the right children. I could tell my grandson had been crying because his eyes was puffy and full of tears I didn't suspect anything because he is a baby and babies cry. The next day my grandson woke up with a black eye. My daughter took him to the doctor and also called DSS. When my daughter called the center to ask did they know what happened the director immediately got defensive and did not show any remorse and told her not to bring the children back and hung up the phone on her. The DSS licensing contact person for the daycare center brushed the complaint off and as of today it is still not on the ABC DSS childcare site. We did a written statement and also had and interview with DSS. The investigation is still open and we are waiting to hear the outcome.

My children love this daycare. My youngest always has a smile on his face at drop off and when I see him running down the halls through the window. All of the staff communicate really well and our very friendly. I feel my children are safe and cared for at Bo Peep.
