My 1 year old and 3 year old started at this daycare several weeks ago and they love it. It’s been such a smooth transition. The teachers are calm, nurturing and very skilled. We’ve been especially impressed with the learning activities and love the daily updates. We chose this daycare because when we toured every kid and teacher looked genuinely happy to be there. My husband is a teacher himself and I work in pediatrics so learning and safety are of the upmost importance to us and you can tell this is prioritized at Bon Air kindercare. We are very thankful to have our children in such a nurturing environment.

We started our child at Kindercare when she was 4 months old. We were very nervous at first to be separated from our child, and now 5 months later she is absolutely thriving! The center director, Josh, and his leadership team are wonderful. They are extremely communicative and will quickly solve any issues that arise. I appreciate Josh’s transparency and his clear love for the kids he serves. Our teachers have been so caring and our baby loves going to her classroom. When we walk down the halls, teachers from other classrooms greet us and know our child’s name, too! We are super happy here and grateful to Bon Air Kindercare for taking great care of our child.

Bon Air KinderCare has been amazing for our family! The staff is warm, professional, and made my daughter’s transition to daycare so smooth. I appreciate how they balance learning with creative play, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s well-being. Don't let the shiny new building fool you at Bon Air KinderCare. We were so unhappy with the care our child received that we pulled him out of this daycare after just one week. This is my second child so I have an idea of what to expect from daycares. I know it can be hard to staff with the state ratios, but those ratios exist for a reason - child safety. In the week our son attended BonAir KinderCare's infant room, most of the time that we were there, they were outside of the 1:4 teacher:student ratio. On one occasion, at drop off, there were 8 or 9 infants in the room with 1 adult. On the first day, a teacher asked if we prefer to put our baby down to nap on his back or his stomach. I made it very clear that for safe sleep, babies must be placed down on their backs, but if they roll to their fronts on their own, it is safe to let them stay there. These red flags were concerning, but felt coach-able. The final straw was when I picked my son up earlier than anticipated and found him laying in a play area on the floor, face down, in a pile of spit up. It was EVERYWHERE - in his hair, in his ears, covering his entire face. There is no way that he had not been there for quite a period of time and this was so upsetting. The teacher made a comment like "oh you're early today," which felt like she was telling on herself and if I came when expected, they would have made sure he was cleaned up and I never would have known how negligent they were being.

Our kiddo has been at Bon Air Kindercare for 1.5 years and she’s thriving. All of her teachers have been so sweet and work to build thoughtful, fun and age-appropriate curriculums. We love the daily updates from teachers and weekly newsletter from the director. A special bonus this year has been some fun activities over the summer like splash days, a smoothie bowl food truck and an exercise-centric fun bus. Any time we’ve had questions or concerns the director and teachers have been incredibly responsive and easy to talk to.
