The staff who work directly with the children are truly wonderful—kind, caring, and dedicated to the kids’ well-being. My child enjoyed spending time with them and learned a lot. Unfortunately, the administration side of the daycare has been disappointing. Communication was often unclear, and important decisions or changes were not handled in a professional or timely manner. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress as a parent. I truly hope the management improves because the teachers and caregivers deserve better support, and so do the families who trust this daycare with their children

It’s no small leap of faith to leave your child with strangers, especially when you move across the country, because you’re a military family. To say the teachers and staff at Bordeaux Creative School became family is an understatement. This incredible group of educators gave me peace of mind that my daughter was loved and cared for the way I love and care for her.
Having my daughter at the Bordeaux school off owen’s Dr was the greatest advantage of moving to Fayetteville. Every faculty member knows every students name, my daughter thrived and develop skills at an accelerated rate, she learned manners and social skills and she was cared for in the gentle way a parent always hopes for when sending them off to school. I never had to worry that I was leaving her to go to work, because she throughly enjoyed being there as did every other student I saw being dropped off each day.
She started with Brittany and Dory in the baby room. Thank you to both of those woman, because they became my mentors as a new mom so far from family. Now at 2 years old she is leaving the toddler class having to say goodbye to her best friends Ms. Ashleigh and Ms. Kristin.
Ms. Vanessa, I cannot express how grateful I am to you for the healthy environment you provide at the Bordeaux school. We will always have fond memories of all your dress up days, holiday parties, and moments that you brought us in to make memories with our girl and build a community with the other parents. I always appreciated seeing you in the classrooms with the teachers showing love and attention to every student.
So if you’re moving to Fayetteville and looking for a safe place to bring your littles, take it from a high anxiety, full time working mom…. You will not find better than Bordeaux Creative School on Owen’s Drive.
We will miss all of you. I’m not sure how any school can measure up after.

Absolutely love this place! All of the staff know each child/parent by name. The teachers are so kind, caring, and attentive. They keep you updated on the app throughout the day. They work with the kids developmentally. Excellent lesson plans. The amount of one on one attention my child gets is amazing. My child lights up when he sees his teachers. The facility is safe and secure. I can only say great things about this place. We are so happy here!

This facility is fantastic. The one on one attention my child gets is clear. Dani and Brittany in the infant room do a phenomenal job making time for each child separately. The class sizes are not large. The babies are only 5 to a teacher. Even though she's so small, my daughter still gets to participate in activities and make crafts. The staff has done so much in helping my daughter develop into an independent little lady. Much of the staff knows my daughter, even though they aren't her teacher. Im not sure what the other reviewers saw but the staff is very friendly, protective of the children and extremely helpful. The facility is neat and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a staff that cares about your child as much as you do.

My child would get injured and they asked me if I wanted them to fill out an incident report... she was 5 months old. Yes, fill out the report that’s your job. My daughter would come home with horrible diaper rash after a few hours there. Dani in infant room 1 is the ONLY good thing about that place. The new director was rude and would never acknowledge my husband. Never going back.
