Put my three-year-old grandson in swim lessons to have the life Guard yank a toy out of his hand and scream in his face. we left on the first class. There was no one on one with an instructor which we had paid for. We asked for a refund three months ago, and they have never gave us one we’ve called and left numerous messages with no response. I would not recommend putting my children and swim lessons at this YMCA.

I Have read all the reviews, the ONE about the bathrooms are disgusting IS NOT TRUE !! Bathrooms Locker Room is VERY CLEAN!!!!! The entire facility is clean. Everyone is super nice My husband And I go I have swam used the gym and have done classes ALL GREAT AND ENJOYABLE !! Thanks YMCA

Absolute disappointment to what the YMCA’s values supposedly stand for. We’ve been attending this location for almost 3 years now with our son in sports camps as well as summer and school camps. He’s always looked forward to it all, until this Summer. Lake Scott was amazing, Stephanie Valerio was amazing along with Aaron who we saw almost every activity or event. This new “director”, Jen, not even sure where to begin. Parents are aggravated and angry, kids are upset, sports clinics are being paid for and the kids have no coach to teach them how or what to do. Summer camp, a big disappointment, especially where, “Summer Fun” is concerned. Not really sure what’s going on, we are aware there’s been a transition from a staffing standpoint. No excuse, for the poorly run facility or lack there of, especially when it comes to the kids programs. Not to mention, the overage in charges that have been imposed, with a “refund” coming back and we are still waiting and have been trying to contact Jen, who’s conveniently never available. There’s always an excuse or reason why and we keep being asked to bare with her since she’s taken on a new facility and still running the old one. Send or ask for help. Someone, please help and do something about this. Not only for our son but for the other families as well.

I've been a member here since January 2025. I had hernia surgery this past Friday and call to say I needed to stop my membership for a few months until I'm allowed to go back to working out. I called and they said I needed to stop in which I did, only to find out that I would still be charged for the month of May even though it's April 30th, and I want to cancel my membership. They don't tell you when you're signing up, that you need to give them a month's notice. Besides that, the woman's locker room is disgusting! I went to use the bathroom when I was there and there was water? all over the floor of all the bathroom stalls and they smelled like urine. Do better YMCA! Don't think I'll be back to this location.

i would give ZERO STARS if i could! it’s been over 2 months now since my 3 yrs old son started swimming classes and on the 2nd class in the lifeguard rips toys out his and and yells in his face, so i grab my son and go to the front and ask for a refund . they said my refund would go back on my card and two months now i have been dealing with this. calling every week and never call me back! now there trying to say there not giving my money back… I will definitely be contacting someone about this with the better business bureau
