Our family loves Bright Horizons. The staff here are exceptional with many of the teachers being there for 20+ years which is difficult to find at most daycare centers. The facility is top notch with clean, spacious classrooms filled with educational toys, an entire full sized gymnasium, and multiple playgrounds/outdoor areas. A morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are also provided which is always a win when you don't have to pack your kid lunch every morning!

My son attended Bright Horizons Mallard Creek from 6 months to 4.5 years. I couldn't have wished for a better daycare for him. The teachers and staff have a wealth of experience and are extremely dedicated to the health and well-being of every child. We loved every minute of our Bright Horizons journey!

The staff is beyond great. The warm welcome from the door to the classroom is Amazing! The daily reports and pictures give me confidence that my son is safe, learning, & building relationships. We (the parents) receive weekly updates to keep us informed of what’s going on at BH. They offer monthly webinars to the parents as well to help/ideas to navigate life and toddler/family. I’m happy I chose Bright Horizon Mallard Creek for my son.

The BrightHorizons Mallard Creek staff is excellent. My child has been enrolled since she was 6months old and she’s almost 2 years old. Their communication With me about my daughter’s progress throughout the day is very informative and consistent. The staff is very tenured and experienced. They do a great job with managing the overall health and safety of the center. My daughter has soared in her development and awareness. The staff, activities, meals and communication make this a top center in Charlotte. I’d recommend to any parent. I’m looking forward to my daughter’s continued growth.

The Administration and Teachers are awesome. My daughter was there for pre-K and she keeps asking to go back. My son is 2 and he loves it there. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons at Mallard creek to my friends. We were a part of this family back in time when they were at the IBM drive and the same energy was provided by the staff.
