Bright Horizons at Plaza of the Americas

We had the greatest experience and it felt like a family. My daughter started at BH Plaza of the Americas at 3 months old with Teresa and Adria through toddler with Pablo and Michelle and we couldn’t have asked for a better teachers/caretakers. This place exceeded all expectations I had on how my daughter would experience daycare and I am so blessed we had the opportunity to be here. Terri and Shina are the most wonderful people and always took care of us and our little girl. I am going to miss this family so much. The curriculum is amazing. The location, I always felt very safe. What makes plaza extraordinary is the people. My daughter learned so much, made tons of friends, was excited to go every day. The app is perfect, I received tons of pictures of every day. The teachers do a semester write up of all the milestones our daughter hit along with her curriculum. It’s just the perfect daycare!

We were referred to BH by a neighbor who raved about the teachers, coursework, management team and overall experience her two children were having - and we agree with all the positive reviews! Our daughter has been at BH for 1.5 years and it couldn’t be more pleasant for her or us. She has learned and developed at a faster pace than when she was home and has created a great bond with the teachers in every room she’s transitioned to. The facility is well run and managed, has seminars and learning activities monthly for parents and children. This place genuinely cares about you and your family. We couldn’t be happier with BH and recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, loving, nurturing daytime home for your little one.

Bright Horizons at POTA is most certainly a 5-star childcare center. I came from the Bay Area in CA where we were at what I thought was a good and well rated daycare and we ended up having a disappointing experience. As a result, when we started daycare again - this time with Bright Horizons in downtown Dallas - you can be assured I was nervous at best about my son going back into daycare. My fears have been amazingly absolved. The staff (both directors and teachers) are loving, conscientious, and skilled at what they do. Our teacher in the toddler class, Ms. Shatoya, has been an incredible gift and blessing to our family. My son loves her and so do I. She did wonders to help calm him when the transition into a new daycare caused him anxiety, and I will be forever grateful for her loving care of my son. She has sought to really understand him as his own person. She also communicates well and consistently with me and as such, she and I are able to partner together when seeking to help guide my son into new skills. She’s also been a help and support with his speech development. Even other staff, who don’t work directly in his room, know my son’s name and often welcome him individually each day and/or say goodbye upon departure. I don’t think I can say enough wonderful things about this center. After visiting and investigating a number of area daycares, when I arrived at Bright Horizons, tired of my fruitless search, I immediately knew it was the best childcare option for us. Go take a tour. See for yourself. It’s obvious from the first visit that they are top of the line in group childcare. I originally wanted to find a home daycare for my son (fearful of another larger sized / chain daycare center, based on past experience), but I have been impressed by how the company (Bright Horizons) invests in ensuring small class ratios, provides ongoing training for staff, updates play equipment and interior spaces, and uses curriculum designed for the specific ages. I can now see why this kind of certified, high-end childcare has such value (and can offer more than a home-based one). Before you commit to any other daycare, especially if you work downtown, take a look at this Bright Horizons in the Plaza of the Americas building.

After researching and visiting many learning centers, my family felt this one was the best. From the very first day we were welcomed with smiles and open arms. All the teachers I have spoke to are happy and care about the children. I wanted more than just a daycare, and this place is definitely that! The classrooms are very clean and roomy. I would give this place a tour! They have a waiting list due to there excellence.

This is my second experience with Bright Horizons (1st in Chicago) and both experiences have been fantastic. The staff is super accommodating and willing to help. They welcomed my son with open arms and made him feel comfortable and welcome. Everyday he would tell me about the great lunch he had and the projects he worked on.
