The staff at Bright Horizons is second to none. They do an amazing job staffing kind, knowledgeably safe, gentle teachers, and loving workers. My daughter (infant) and son have gone to back-up care, our son as an infant and is now in the toddler room at 2.5yrs. He has seen 10 or so care providers in his time and has transitioned rooms and every employee has been fantastic!

We sent our son to Bright Horizons from 4 months through 5 years old. We absolutely loved the staff, curriculum, facility, and safety policies. They were very flexible with our scheduling. As a Mayo employee we were also able to use the back-up service at the same facility. I strongly recommend this daycare center!

We love using Bright Horizons' backup daycare. Everytime our child has had a good day there. They have early drop off times and late pick up times. Their staff has been nothing but friendly and professional with me. Recently when a friend of mine was picking up their child she happened to see mine on the playground. She told me that he looked as though he was having the time of his life. The facilities are clean and organized. Checking in and out is a snap.

We have used the Mayo back up child care service numerous times over the last 2 years. We have always been extremely satisfied with the care provided to our infant and toddler. It is amazing that the cost is minimal and the service is phenomenal. I highly recommend the Mayo back up care staff.

Our son has attended Bright Horizons in Rochester since they first opened in September of 2010. We have used both the back-up and full time service options. We feel the communication has been excellent, the staff well trained, and the management to be experienced and knowledgeable. They offer back-up care, 2 day/week, 3 day/week, and 5 day/week options that give the consumer lots of choice and financial flexibility. We would highly recommend.
