While the program has several benefits, my daughter stay getting sick here, refused to eat the family style food (another reason she continued to get sick, why would you feed 1 year olds family style without expecting them to get sick), and the director is extremely combative to discourage parents from speaking out. I would find another center for sure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been on a waiting list for over 2 years with this business after spending over $100 in registration fees for 2 children, I continue to be ignored. When I called to request on update on where my son stood on their list I was referred to a "Liz Matson" the enrollment manager and was told to email her. Since I have reached out she has ignored me for MONTHS. I made the request in June originally via email, got one reply in July, even provided her dates I was available for a phone call in August and finally after MULTIPLE emails following up I requested a refund in October. Here we are in the middle of December and still no communication from her or ANY information about this business or the way their waiting list works. This is the biggest scam and I cannot believe they are stealing people's money on false pretenses that they have a shot of getting their child into this daycare. I cant imagine how they operate the rest of their facility if this is just the enrollment process. I cannot stress enough DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE they are collecting fees from families who are just trying to provide their children with an education. I am not the person to want to contact a news outlet but someone has got to do something and warn other families before they make the same mistake.

I highly recommend Bright Horizons at The Storm Thurmond Building. Our son started in the 3K program and was non-verbal at the time. Shortly afterwards he was diagnosed as autistic. His mother and I of course panicked and thought that we would need to pull him out of the program. We were both very unfamiliar with the diagnosis and had only heard the negative stories about parents having to switch schools frequently because of behavioral issues. However, not only were we told by multiple teachers but we were also told by the director to NOT pull our son out! They told us that they were here to work with us and that they had experience with both neurotypical and neurodiverse children. Looking back, it was the best 2 years that we as parents could ask for! We watched our son grow from not saying anything his first few months to being selected to read the site words at his Pre-K graduation. The teachers and staff truly know what they are doing and they are all about meeting children where they are and developing them from there. Our biggest regret about our decision is that they don’t offer kindergarten and beyond!

Do Not Pay registration fee UNLESS you’re a federal employee. They don’t mention they have to take children of federal employees first, which are A LOT on the waiting list!! They’re literally racking up on this nonrefundable fee!! I had given this company a one star until I got my refund. I would rather not rate but I have to in order to keep the message. I feel it is important people know that it is not easy to get your child in this daycare unless you’re a federal employee.

My little one went to BH from 3 months until he was 10 months. We were so sad to have to pull him out due to the pandemic. We didnt return due to making the decision to be a stay at home mom. We are looking to hopefully bring him back for after he turns 3. He really loved his teachers and the activities.
