Bright Horizons Montessori at Greenwood Plaza

Such a beautiful preschool, my toddler is currently enrolled here and it is so roomy, clean, updated and a positive place. So many preschools are overcrowded and too loud through the hallways but this center has a ton of space and is spread out well throughout the building level, smells good inside and the attention to details is refreshing. Amazing staff and Stephanie and Alexis are wonderful leaders. We love the teachers and the smart app updates. Such great Montessori style rooms and learning curriculum and a beautiful homey yet professional space. Such a happy spot and gives me such relief and comfort knowing my child is well taken care of and safe happy and having lots of fun learning and growing. Can not say enough about this school, it really is so special.

We've been enrolled at Bright Horizons in the Nido classroom since January, and our experience has been great, largely thanks to our teacher, Rosie. She has been such a caring and supportive presence in our son's early development, helping him reach milestones like rolling, sitting, and starting solids with patience and encouragement. Her dedication, warmth, and expertise make all the difference, and we are beyond grateful for the love and attention she gives to each child. The communication with her has been great- we feel involved in his day by reading about the planned activities and getting lots of photos. Knowing that our son is in her care gives us so much peace of mind, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Our son has been enrolled at Bright Horizons Greenwood Plaza since last winter. It was difficult to drop him off at first but we’ve grown to appreciate the center. Several of the instructors have been teaching for 20+ years and genuinely care for the children. In particular, Rosie is absolutely fantastic and fills the room with joy each day. She is excellent at working with children at developmental milestones like transitioning to solid foods and moving from bottles to self directed cups. He loves going each day and does well with their independent style of education.

This facility continues to be on probation; please check with the licensing authorities regarding their history of violations and probation. Systemic issues from the top down. Corporate is unresponsive and surprisingly hostile. Local administration is unprofessional and rude. Classroom staff are ill-prepared and overwhelmed. A simple review of the State regulatory authority’s website documents many complaints, investigations, and time spent on probation. The welfare and best interests of my child appear not to be a priority. I encourage one do their due diligence before going near this facility. Unfortunately, a shambolic organization with substantial unaddressed deficiencies.

Our daughter has been going here since last fall and we have loved it. Everyone is caring and professional, and the teachers are so wonderful. We've had a great experience with Ms. Leeba, Ms. Michaela, and Ms. Rosy - they are so great. We feel like we hit the jackpot!
