Bright Minds Academy

This facility started off as a great place for my son to attend but unfortunately did not end well. The positives: -We loved his teacher, Ms. Sarah! -The facility is clean and bright The negatives: -The facility does not have cameras for security -The diversity within the facility is also non existent with my son having been the only African American there. It made me wonder if this played a role in their inability to be flexible and understanding in my situation. -The main issue was with the facility owners and the fact that incorrect information was provided regarding their payment terms. I was told multiple lies that ultimately lead to my child no longer attending the facility. As we all know, life can be quite financially challenging especially in today's world. It is especially rewarding to work with companies willing to be understanding and willing to allow parents to adapt to an abrupt change in policies. This facility was not. All things happen for a reason. My son is excelling academically and starting school early for his age. Because of this blessing, we were going to have to move him out of this facility either way. The facility knew this but decided to make an example of our family by forcing us out sooner. We move forward in blessings as always. My advice to all readers is to remember that sometimes the facilities with the "pretty picture" are not always the best choice. Others my not be as flashy but as long as your kids are treated well and the facility owners are understanding....they may be the best choice!

One of the best daycares in Amarillo! I’ve never experienced such wonderful people that loves our kids like we do. They make sure to keep you updated on what they are doing.
