the communication is horrible , days were you wouldn't know anything about if your kids is accepted or not . the owner has a nasty attitude and very snappy . we had an conversation one morning and she got very aggressive and tried to say she talks that way no respect. we ended up resolving it and she ended up removing my kids out of daycare with no heads up or anything and called me Monday to let me know she removed them because of the conversation she made into an arguement. Janese and the male there are maybe the best two workers even the owner needs a reality check . Do not take your kids there if you expect communication , honesty , understanding & respect . they LACK IT . i prefer a different one . It has been lies and misunderstanding for the 2/3 weeks my kids were there. They say open on weekends but they are not .

i got a phone call today that the owner michelle removed my kids because of a conversation she blew out of proportion. she was disrespectful & dishonest & rude . She stated she thought i took them out then later said she removed them because of our conversation that i thought ended great! they say open weekends as well but thats false . bad communication & from the owner is even more disappointing. find a new daycare please that actually want to help & care .

Brighter Future Day care is Awesome I love everything from the facility to the staff. My Daughter has been attending since the beginning of 2018 for before and after care. I’ve went from staying 5-10min away from the daycare to now staying about 25-30min from it and I still refuse to change my baby from this facility.I have recommended multiple families to this facility and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work !

The only thing I can say good about this daycare is the fact that there hours of operation is til 12am which went perfectly with my schedule. Some of the workers where kind put there was a few times I picked my son up and his clothes where soaked from milk or a wet diaper and they decided not to change him. The cons is the location of this daycare a lot of young street dudes with guns hangout right outside the doors of the daycare near the corner store which is ft away from the doors of the daycare, a few shootings and 2 murders happened right outside the daycare during the 8months my kids where there. I had to pick my kids up late at night and there would be a few guys standing outside with weapons near the daycare and I was so fearful picking my kids up so late after work beause of that so I eventually removed my kids from there.

I love that my 2yr old and 4 yr old both can get up get dressed and wait for the Brighter Futures school bus to pick up for school. Just like my older children. The feeling of being able to send your children to a safe clean very kid friendly environment while you are away providing for the family is the Best. The children learn songs.. Not .. Just the ones that's on the car radio do I hear them sing but the ones they learned from school. Lastly.. The staff at Brighter Futures daycare are very professional gentle giants that love the children and looks out for the children's brighter futures. I love it.
