Iāve waited over a year since we left to post my honest review. I finally decided I donāt want to stay quiet because I want other newborn parents to know my experience and make their own decision one whether they feel comfortable trusting busy bees with their babies.
I cannot express how disappointed I am with Busy Bees Daycare. From the very beginning, the experience was a constant source of stress and frustration. My baby was just 4 months old, so of course, we wanted to check in often and hear about her day. But every time we messaged, the teachers acted annoyed and barely provided any information. When we asked about her nap schedule or how she was doing, the responses were minimal at best. It was clear that communication was a huge issue.
We had multiple discussions with the director, who promised improvements that never materialized. The miscommunication between the director and the infant class teachers was beyond frustrating. On top of that, they mix infants, 1-year-olds, and 2-year-olds in the same class, which meant my baby wasnāt getting the structure she needed. She wasnāt napping properly, and despite multiple meetings to address our concerns, nothing changed.
The daycare itself is cluttered and disorganized. Itās evident that the director is overwhelmed and understaffed, which only adds to the overall stress. Two specific incidents stand out as absolutely horrible. First, my baby was sent home with a burp cloth still inside her pajamas, and when I picked her up, the teachers acted as if it was no big deal. To make matters worse, they woke her up during nap time to take her out of the crib. When I mentioned this to them, they brushed it off.
Second, my baby would come home with awful neck and diaper rashes, sometimes only being changed 3 times during her 9am-5:30pm day. It was heartbreaking to see her in discomfort, and the lack of proper care was inexcusable. She would also have poop in her private parts as they were not wiping her properly.
The final straw came when the teachers confronted my husband and told us not to go to the director with any complaints but to address them directly with the teachers. This only added to the growing sense that we couldnāt trust them. One morning, I woke up with a horrible feeling in my stomach, and after some thought, I realized I no longer felt comfortable leaving my baby there. Thankfully, we found a new daycare that has been like night and day compared to Busy Bees.
In summary, I would never, ever bring my baby back to Busy Bees, and I would strongly advise against the infant class for anyone else. The lack of care, poor communication, and general neglect were simply unacceptable.

The worst experience of my life!
I have a 16-month-old baby who contracted the hand foot mouth disease in this daycare. I understand that it can happen but what is unforgivable was that when I called the director to tell her she told me that there was a case last month in my son's room. Something she never communicated to the roomās parents!! How is it possible that she hides something so important? It is clear that they are not interested in children.
This daycare gives me great distrust if the director cannot be transparent and maintain open communication with parents about a disease as it will be with other topics? When I asked her why she didnāt tell parents about this disease she didnāt show any alarm and treat this as a little mistake but itās a huge thing. Also she started to excuse her blaming the parents that send their kids like that instead of taking responsibility for not informing.
After I told her that Iāll fill a complaint with my lawyer, she sent a communication to the other parents about this case.
Additionally, the facilities lack maintenance. The small children's yard is dirty, the room where they change the children is the same and the principal's office is messy.
I regret I signed up my son here, Iām leaving this information here so parents can take a better decision.

I canāt imagine that someone can be dissatisfied with place. My daughter absolutely loved Busy Bees when she was there from 2 to 3 y.o (then we moved to another state and regret a lot about losing Busy Bees). The teachers are extremely careful and my daughter learned sooo much that year. activities range was very wide, from breakfasts for Motherās and Fatherās day to petting zoo with pony rides at Dr.Seussā day. They donāt charge if you leave them (like it was with our friends in one fancy Montessori daycare), and the director is very communicative and nice lady. I want to thank them for this amazing experience and wish good luck!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Busy Bees! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making our 3-year-old son feel right at home. He has flourished in their nurturing environment, and we love hearing about the fun activities they do each dayāfrom arts and crafts to outdoor play. The communication from the team is excellent, providing us with regular updates and photos. It's clear they prioritize the children's happiness and development. We highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking for a safe and stimulating place for their little ones!

Busy Bees is truly a gem! As a parent, it was incredibly reassuring to know that my children were in such a nurturing and educational environment every day. The daycare is led by a fantastic director who clearly cares deeply about the well-being and development of each child. Her warmth and dedication set the tone for the entire center.
The teachers at Busy Bees are exceptional. They go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. It's clear that they love what they do, and their passion for teaching shines through in every interaction. My children learned so much thereāfrom basic academics to social skills and creative expression. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to be both engaging and educational, ensuring that children are not only prepared for school but also for life.
One of the things that truly sets Busy Bees apart is the sense of family that the teachers foster. Over time, they became like extended family to us, always ready with a smile, a hug, or a word of encouragement. They celebrate each child's milestones as if they were their own, which means the world to us as parents.
Busy Bees is more than just a daycareāit's a community that nurtures, educates, and loves. I can't recommend it highly enough to any parent looking for a place where their child will thrive.
