We've been taking our kids here since 2019. At the time, our kids were 1 and 4 years old. The staff and the teachers have always been very friendly and caring to our kids. It is located in a convenient location if you live in Roy or Hooper. They offer school drop off and pick up to nearby schools and do field trips for the school-aged kids during the summer. They also offer a wonderful full day kindergarten program as well. They use the app called Brightwheel, which allows the opportunity to communicate with your kid's teacher throughout the day.

I have had my kids in a few daycares, and I can honestly say this one is the best one we’ve used. Every single provider has a smile on their face and seems like they truly enjoy the kids and their work. It’s VERY clean and secure, they follow a great schedule, and actually do activities with the kids. The food is also very nutritious. I’m so glad we landed a spot here.

I can’t say enough amazing things about BusyBees! My two kids spent 2 years there and they were so loved every second of it! The facility is always clean, the learning, playing and nap schedule is always consistent, all the teachers are so kind&loving. I knew I could drop my kids off and they would be safe, loved and educated. The communication app they use is so good and helpful. They offer wonderful meals & snacks. My kids were always so happy to be at busy bees and happy when I picked them up. Management is also so amazing.

This is an awesome daycare. My son has loved two out of three of his teachers (I admit not ALL the teachers are my favorite but that is life). All the staff know him, not just his teacher. They do fun activities and field trips in the summer and take him to tumbling during the winter and fall. Accidents happen with kids and they have always had an accident report ready when an accident happened with the details of what happened. Another writer commented on Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. He has gotten hand, foot and mouth disease from there, but it is a daycare. If you don't want your kid to get sick from other kids, keep them home in a bubble. The daycare actually would not allow my son back in even though the dr said he could go back after 24 hours of no fever, the school wanted us to wait till the sores were scabbed over just to be safe. My son always comes home with a smile on his face, and when I ask him how his day was he always says good! I have recommended Busy Bee's to several moms. Of course no one will ever be as good for a kid as the parents, but Busy Bees definitely is a good alternative.

I would give this day care zero stars if that was possible. I had to take my child to day care for the first time since she was born. She is 1 1/2. The first week she went she got hand, foot, and mouth disease. My husband had to call in for two days to stay home with her. The day care told us she had to be fever free for 24 hours before we brought her back. This is not true. They have to stay out of school for at least 5 days per doctors orders because they are still contagious during this time period. No wonder it was still spreading around the school. I understand kids get sick. That isn't the worst of it. We still took her back the next week. That week my husband came to pick her up at nap time and the teacher was asleep! She had her hands tucked in her shirt and was full on sleeping. My husband had to say,"Hey," three or four times and pretty loudly to wake her up. I understand that it was nap time but the law requires constant supervision whether the child is asleep or not. We did not take her back after this. We called the school and told them what had happened. They apologized and said how unacceptable it was. My husband had to miss two more days of work because we couldn't find another day care right away. Now it's been a few months and I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe them $1200!!!! I can;t even believe this. They claim I "broke" the contract but they broke the law! She attended the school for six days total and they want me to pay two months of day care after what happened. Any reasonable parent would not take their child to day care where their employees are allowed to sleep on the job. I would love to have a nap at work but it is simply not allowed or acceptable. I just can't believe the way they run that place and they expect me to pay them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
