Butterfly Kisses Childcare, Amherst

My son has been attending Butterfly Kisses for the past 2.5 years and we have had the best experience with them! The teachers are all so friendly and make each and every classroom inviting and fun for every child. My son can get a little crazy sometimes but his teachers are wonderful at redirecting him. The office is great at sending updates and answering any questions you may have. They were so accommodating when we had a family emergency and needed our son to attend some extra days. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of their daycare center and would recommend any one with small children to utilize them for daycare or before/after school programs!

This daycare is the BEST. We've sent our child here for 3 years and believe Butterfly Kisses has been the most nurturing, educational, compassionate, and professional facility we could have chosen. After trying a few other daycare centers, we are so grateful and fortunate to have found BFK. The staff are endlessly patient, encouraging, focused, and put safety and care and love first. I can't say enough about all of my child's teachers, and every staff interaction I've ever had has been nothing short of professional and family-oriented. The communication has always been top-notch, the teachers are like friends, and my child adores everyone in the building. It feels like a home away from home, and I've put full trust in this family-run business to do the best for all the students. I know the memories we've made and the growth that's been fostered here will stay with us forever.

We’ve been sending our son to Butterfly Kisses Daycare since he was 6 months old and they have been nothing short of wonderful. They are currently helping us potty train our son and they are very patient (he’s a 3 year old boy with endless energy). He’s well fed and my son is so comfortable there that he naps (very well) for them. My son had a rough day there (not listening) last week and the teacher informed me right away but was never not kind to him. They are also working with my spouse and I to teach him good behavior and listening skills. Our district doesn’t have school till kindergarten so we plan on keeping him there until that day arrives and we know our child will be well-equipped to handle the change to public schooling thanks to this place!

We love Butterfly Kisses! My daughter has been attending the Pre-K program and will be graduating this year. My husband and I plan to send our son when he's of age. After experiencing another school previously (red flags there) and enrolling her here, I can say 100% that I feel like my child is safe, nurtured, cared for, encouraged, learning (even Spanish!) and genuinely loved by the staff. Every morning she's thrilled to attend and every afternoon at pick up, she doesn't want to leave her teachers and friends. This wasn't the case with the previous school and my child was often in tears. Her teachers here are so sweet, enthusiastic and involved with the kids which I truly appreciate. My child talks often about her teachers and how much she loves them and that they're "my best friends". There's been times where she got hurt by another student or on the playground and we were notified immediately. We often get photos of her doing fun activities, updates on meals she has or only partially ate (my kiddo is picky) throughout the day and the director is super responsive when I've had any questions or needed to keep her home from school due to illness. I also love that Butterfly Kisses provides healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. As a busy mom and business owner, it's one less thing that I have to worry about planning and packing for her and that she's not being sent home sugared up on treats (like my daughter's previous school). I can't say enough good things about Butterfly Kisses and the staff. Thank you Butterfly Kisses, we love you!

We have sent both of our children to Butterfly Kisses. My son started going there at age 3 months, and our daughter at 2 years old. Right from the very beginning it felt like home for our family. From the office staff/management to the floaters and finally the lead and assistant teachers, each person we met was truly devoted to our children. As my son progressed and move to different rooms, we were always sad because his current teachers were the best and his new teachers couldn't possibly be as great. Boy were we wrong. With each new room, came new teachers that were just simply amazing and we quickly learned that our children "loved" their teachers. Through the years all of the staff, past and present, have been like family to us and our children. It's very evident that they care and love our children and that is the best thing you could ask for as a parent. When you drop your children off to people that started off as strangers, and then became family. If you are lucky enough to get to have your child enrolled at Butterfly Kisses, just know that they care for your child as their own and they couldn't be in better hands.
