Our daughter attended preschool here for over 3 years. Inoka, Manju, and their team are responsive, caring, and most of all fun! Our daughter greatly enjoyed her time here and as parents we greatly appreciated the mixture of play and learning. Our daughter does have an allergy and C Care handled her allergy plan without issue, to include a prompt response when our daughter had an allergic reaction while in their care. I highly recommend Inoka and her team if you are looking for care in the Arlington area.

Update - all they do is lie and deflect. They never take any responsibility for their actions and google never struck down my review lol. Also I was never deemed at fault for not providing enough info by anyone. I filled out all the correct paperwork and can add texts to show how rude you guys are and untruthful if you prefer. They really have no business acumen or interpersonal skills whatsoever. And yes it’s the same last name, not hard to know that I’m the same person. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a child care facility. Even though this was a few years ago google never posted my review and I still have PTSD from my experience and want to make sure that others are aware. My son has a dairy allergy which I informed them about and the second day of school he had hives and was crying. Inoka and the school didn’t even bother to call me just texted me a corner of his eye and said he was fine. I pressed for a whole face pic and his whole face was swollen and had hives and he was crying. They didn’t ask me to pick him up or anything and could not tell me what caused it. After further questions Inoka and her husband got super defensive and instead of being concerned for my son or having empathy she was mocking me and being extremely rude. She also grabbed my child out of my arms the two mornings we were there and said this was the best way for him to learn even tho this was his first pre school and first time being away from us. The first day when we went to pick him up he asked us to go to target and Inoke said NO not until he stops crying coming to school. Not sure what we do after school or with my money is any of her business but her comments show her true character and lack of regards and warmth for kids even tho they pretend to care. They also told me my son had airborne food allergies which he does not (I have doc notes to prove it) and told me I was a careless mother on FB before they blocked me and paid to get my review deleted. They take zero accountability and if you say anything against them - they attack you personally. Also from other parents and we saw by looking through the window which Inoka rushed out to tell us not to look - they put your kid in time out away from others in a chair on the floor. Not sure if this is time out or what but my son was away from others sitting in a chair but they “punish” kids. Disgusting behavior and beware of this place.

Our daughter spent nearly 2 years at C Care, and really thrived under the direction of Ms. Inoka until we move out of the area when she was 4.5. She loved her classmates and we were always very happy with the care and attention shown to the students from the teachers and staff. Our daughter has one year of preschool remaining, but she is well on her way to being ready for kindergarten thanks to all the efforts of the C Care staff to cultivate her love of learning and help her practice her reading, writing, and math skills. They also provided a very creative curriculum, from cooking experiments to science and art, and plenty of outdoor play time. We are lucky that she made such a wonderful group of friends in her time in the 3s and 4s class and we are grateful to everything that Ms. Inoka and C Care did for her.

My wife and I enrolled our first child here when he was just over 3 months old. Like all new parents, we were a bit uncomfortable entrusting our son to daycare. (I think the adjustment was as taxing on us as it was our child in a way.) However, Ms. Inoka and made my son’s transition successful. They went above and beyond to calm him down when he was crying, got him to consistently feed from the bottle and gave him the attention he needed to feel comfortable. When we drop our son off he always smiles at Ms. Inoka and Mr. Manjula and starts kicking his feet. When we pick him up he is clean and happily content. Their care doesn’t end there though. They helped us as first time parents by communicating reassurance, addressing our care concerns, offering suggestions and sharing our values. They also keep us informed when our son needs more of the basics, like diapers, cream, wipes and also about things like changing the nipple size on the bottles. Truly they care for both child and parent. We are very grateful, really blessed, that our child can grow up in their care and we look forward to the years to come—we wouldn’t want our son anywhere else.

C Care was amazing! I had all ages of kids there and have no complaints only love for this place and this family! We only left because we moved. My oldest did after school care there when in first grade and loved it. She also was able to do violin lessons there. Another daughter was there from 3.5-5 years a and was more than ready for kindergarten despite being the youngest in her class. Then my babies were there (1-3.5 years and 5-15 months). All of my children loved Ms Inoka. I loved the variety of lunches provided, curriculum, and out door space. If you are looking for somewhere where your kid will be happy, healthy, and have fun while also learning this is the place for you! Also great communication and really cares about families.
