Cadence Academy Preschool

We love it here! Our kids started here as babies when it was Horizon Learning Center. We loved the HLC so when it changed to Cadence, we were apprehensive. We decided to stay since most of the teachers and the director, Michelle, were staying and I’m glad we did! The quality of care hasn’t changed, my kids see the same teachers there everyday since they started, and they have learned so much! My oldest is going to kindergarten this year and she is fully prepared thanks to her teachers. Michelle and Diana are the best and so quick to address any issues. They have fun events, activities, spirit weeks for the kids, and most important, our kids feel safe and cared for. We really can’t say enough good things about Cadence - Shana Park and the staff! 💛

We moved to Lacey several months ago and tried multiple daycares before ending up at Cadence. We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives. We get frequent photos and updates throughout the day and can message his teacher directly with any concerns. Management is always kind and organized. Heather, our son’s teacher, is wonderful. We can see she truly cares about her job and her students.

As parents of young children, we absolutely love Cadence Academy! The director and teachers truly care about the children and their development. They all foster a positive environment and you can tell the kids love being there.

My granddaughter went to Cadence Academy, about 1/2 mile from our home. Covid hit and Cadance closed down without a lot of warning. I was panicked about daycare which is when I found Horizon Learning Center which is 7 miles from home. It is EXCELLENT! So far they've stayed open through this whole dang illness which is amazing for the people depending on them. I gladly drive the extra time/miles to get her to this facility. Staff are caring, bubbly and understanding. Online info portal is awesome. Daily reports include what your child ate and how they did with potty training. Great, clean, safe, fun facility and classrooms. Playgrounds (age appropriate for each level)are safe and fun. I highly recommend!!!! Thank you Horizon Learning Center!!!! I messed up this review. The 5 stars are for Horizon Learning Center...NOT Cadence Academy.
