Cadence Academy Preschool

My son has been a student at Cadence Academy for the last half year and we have had such a wonderful experience! We love his teachers Monika and Kate. They have been so great with him and we love that they send us photos throughout the week so we can see him having fun with his classmates. It is so helpful that meals and snacks are provided as it makes getting ready in the morning much easier. He has learned so much in his classes and it is always fun hearing him use words we did not know he knew. The director Leo is a great communicator and always so pleasant to work with. We are very grateful to be a part of the Cadence Academy family!

Cadence Academy has become such a warm and happy place, full of energy. I appreciate how well the daycare communicates with families, keeping us updated on our children’s progress and any events or activities happening. Recently we've had a book fair, a school dance, and a school-wide door contest that encouraged parents to vote. It’s clear that the focus is on providing a supportive and nurturing environment that helps children grow both socially and academically. Highly recommend.

We’ve been a part of Cadence since our twins were 6 weeks old… almost 3 years later we are dreading the day they will have to transition out of their care. Mr. Leo and Mrs. Julie have come to Raintree to brighten our lives! The school looks and even smells amazing. The kids started doing the most cool projects. Congratulations to whoever decided to bring this new management team in.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO CADENCE ACADEMY!!! I am extremely disappointed with cadence academy and want to warn other parents about my experience. Unclean Environment – The daycare is consistently dirty. I have seen dirty floors, unclean bathrooms, food left out, etc..This is completely unacceptable for a place caring for young children. Unprofessional Staff – The staff is rude, inattentive, unqualified.I have witnessed the front Desk staff go ballistic on my mom ,threatening her to call the cops on threatening to call Social Workers on her because she was one minute late to pick up my daughter, her behavior was unacceptable, I won’t be surprised if she was on something working around kids… Lack of Supervision and Safety – I have serious concerns about my child’s safety. security issues, or injuries due to negligence, my daughter came home couple of Times with scratches on her arms and legs and I never got a report from them, every time I went to pick up my daughter it was a different Teacher ,the food is horrible, they don’t care if you kids eat or not they just don’t care about your kid , I had seen many complaints about the Teacher and how they do wrong things around this Daycare. Poor Communication – The daycare does not communicate with parents properly. When I tried to address my concerns, I was ignored. I would not recommend this daycare to any parent. If you care about cleanliness, professionalism, and safety, look elsewhere! I hope management takes these issues seriously, but based on my experience, I would not trust them with my child’s well-being.

My children attend Cadence Raintree and I cannot express how happy we are with the changes we’ve been seeing the past couple of weeks. Leo and Julie have been a breath of fresh air. Communicative and engaging from day one. We are extremely lucky to have such an amazing team watching over our girls! Thank you Raintree!
