Cadence Academy Preschool

We genuinely LOVE Cadence. When our daughter started daycare earlier this year I was skeptical and afraid of leaving her. I had been a stay at home mom thus far and I wasn’t ready to trust others with her. Cadence made the transition so effortless and smooth. Her teachers are so genuine and kind with her. They are always playing with her hair, rubbing her back for nap time, and taking the time to genuinely care for her in a gentle manner like if they were her aunts or grand parents. Della has learned so much from her teachers, and shocks me daily when she starts pointing to an animal or counting to ten and I have no clue when or how she picked it up! Jenny, the director, is also such a sweet pleasure to work with. She is very hands on, always in the back assisting with the children and welcomes us each morning with an open office and big smile. We are so lucky to have found cadence for Della!

My daughter recently started their afterschool program here & we love it! Mr. Greg is awesome always playing and interacting with the children. My daughter made friends so easily and it was such an easy transition.

ZERO STARS. ABUSIVE STAFF. Had to pick up my son because he was excited to go play outside and they deemed it as “misbehaving”. Then made him watch from the inside as other children were playing outside. Made him cry and told him he’s a bad boy and his grandma isn’t coming to pick him up. WHO TELLS A 4 YEAR OLD THAT? HE ABSOLUTELY HATED THIS SCHOOL DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. IF YOUR KIDS GO HERE TAKE THEM OUT IMMEDIATELY. Ask your kids if they are happy here! Ask your kids if they are nice to them! You might be surprised!

Never logged my child. Never attended to his medical conditions. Got bitten about 6-7 times by the same student never tried to resolve them. Teachers act like they could give less of a care to be there. (1-2) class can’t speak for them all. Instead of logging into the app like they are paid to do, they taped a sticky note onto my son’s back with a girls shirt on saying he needed diapers instead of just logging it into the app. They mass log every kids meal so if you think your kid is eating they probably aren’t. Floors are disgusting mind you. Every time I picked my son up he was missing a shoe with a completely coated black sock. (Probably don’t disinfect the toys like they should either) for 233$ a week I’d expect some type of care but it was a nightmare from day one. I have a total of 12 incident reports that I got copies of. Mind you I was shorted 4 of the bite reports probably to cover their butt but I will be getting those. LOOK ELSEWHERE PLS. For your sanity and safety of your child. Not a day went by that I was worrying if something was going to happen to my child that day.

Mrs. Jenny and the staff at Cadence Academy have been a major part of my children's lives. I am at such ease at work when my kids are under their care. The staff is most importantly so loving and encouraging to the kids. They also communicate very well with parents and are very informative/transparent if there are any sicknesses going around. They put in extra effort to organize special events for the children which make great memories. They also provide information and photos to the parents on what activities they are doing throughout the day.
