Cadence Academy Preschool

We switched our son to Cadence from another center a couple years ago when he was about 2 years old and it was definitely the right decision for us! The transition was so incredibly smooth, because Cadence instantly felt like home. We were welcomed with open arms and continue to be greeted by kind and friendly staff. Our daughter attends Cadence now as well, and both of our kids have developed such special bonds with their teachers. It’s difficult to feel comfortable leaving your child with anyone else, but we feel a sense of ease and comfort knowing our kids are well cared for at Cadence, not only by their teachers, but by all of the staff including the director! Cadence makes you feel like family, and the staff care deeply about the children in their care. We can tell our kids are happy there and that’s all we can ask for!

My daughter has attended Cadence Academy for over 2 years and we truly could not have asked for better childcare. The staff is absolutely incredible, as my daughter is quick to tell me about how nice each of her teachers are after pick up. I couldn’t be happier with the social, academic, and emotional growth that is fostered within Cadence Academy. In addition to phenomenal teachers, the facility itself is top notch, providing secured doors and an incredibly clean space for my child to feel welcomed into. I cannot over-emphasize the incredible support, effort, and care Cadence has provided for my daughter and her development.

We love Cadence Academy Urbandale. My child has be attending Cadence for almost 2 years and we’ve seen remarkable growth in her social and emotional skills, communication skills and has built an academic foundation. All the instructors we’ve had will adapt and adjust teaching strategies to meet the changing needs and challenges for my child to improve. My child and I feel safe and supported by the staff. They make us feel like we are family. We definitely go out of the way just to continuously attend this school, and I highly recommend them!

My son started going to Cadence at 3.5 years old and went until he was ready for kindergarten at 5. Our experience there was unmatched by any place I had been. The staff was always so nice. I have become great friends with many of them outside of Cadence. My son loved going to 'school' and many times didn't want to come home because he had so much fun learning there with the teachers and his friends. Every day when we would leave, we had to stop in every room to give hugs to every teacher, even the ones that never had him in class. He loved them all. I'm so grateful that we had the opportunity to attend this school.

We absolutely love Cadence! Our sons (preschool and baby) have grown by leaps and bounds since they’ve been there. Every teacher and staff member is so kind and helpful. Our older son has loved all his main classroom teachers, and he talks about how much fun he has at school every night when we get home. Even when we moved farther away from the Urbandale location, we continue to bring our two sons there, because the extra driving is more than worth how cared for they are when they’re at Cadence each day. Highly recommend!
